Staybridge Suites ABU DHABI - YAS ISLAND, an IHG Hotel

The hotel had a lot of amenities, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. However the suite we stayed at had a musky smell which suggests that it needs to be aired out or more ventilation. Will stay again.

시설이 낙후하고 거실공간이 넓었지만 효용성이 떨어집니다. 에어콘이 18도로 셋팅되어 있고 조절이 어려워서 호출 후 교정했지만 여전히 추웠습니다. 화장실 두 개 중 한 곳 샤워기물이 나오지 않았습니다. 그나마 조식은 괜찮은 편이었습니다.

Staff were helpful, professional and friendly at all times. Access to Crowne Plaza pool and gym was a great bonus, but our favourite was definitely the pool on site - much quieter and in the shade. Wil definitely look at rebooking here when I return to Abu Dhabi.

The staff were pretty GOOD! Upon entering room, room was nice size. Reservation was made for 4, there were on 2 drying towel, 2 hand towel, no wash towels, no complimentary bathroom kits. When it came time for bed, we had house keeping ( staff was GOOD)come to draw the sofa bed, the sofa bed was broke and they were a little hesitant to provide an extra bed. The shower and sink water was yellow/brown looking. Had to run for about 10-15 minutes, second morning the same thing. Breakfast was decent.This was our first time staying here. Rm77

The staff were super friendly and amazing - food was great and amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend and re stay.

Great value for size and type of room , with full kitchen breakfast included and complimentary evening meal Monday to Thursday, use of bar , restaurants and pool at neighbouring crown plaza , walking distance to supermarket

Our family stay at Staybridge Suites was amazing! The staff were super friendly and the all you can eat buffet breakfast was the best! Anything we needed, we got!

We had a great stay at the this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This hotel is also well localized especially if you want to enjoy the parks of yas island. You can also used the facilities of the Crowne Plaza Hotel which is great as they have a swimming adapt d for children and they have a kids club and a playground. The suite 2 bedrooms was huge and comfortable. To improve their service it would be great to have a proper table for 4 people in the 2 bedrooms suite and more ustensils such as a pan. The curtains could also be improved as some of them didn’t cover all the windows. Furthermore, as I really like quiet place, I was a bit disturb by the noise of the planes as the airport is nearby but that is not hotel’s fault. I guess it is the same for all the yas plaza hotels Thank you so much for taking such a good care of us.

Hotel is nice and convenient, but the room is advertised with Balcony but there was no balcony

We had an amazing stay and the service was beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back and have no hesitations recommending this hotel.

Furniture is too old especially the mattress

Personnel was great. Loved the included breakfast, very complete with lots of options and delicious.

Service, comfortable room, use of sister hotel next door and best of all free meals Mondays to Thursdays.
