It was nice

Not the best for business people and people on vacation who want a safe dwelling and want to reach out to family and friends.

This is my second time staying at this location and the service is always great. The employees are helpful especially Jose, the shuttle driver.

Clean, quiet and convenient!

The staff at the call centre for this hotel were rude. When we got on site the staff were very nice, the cleaning staff were polite and smiled, but getting there was a stressful event for us and our two kids. Our plane was delayed for 5 hours. We called to tell the hotel what was going on and their call centre personnel were rude and uninviting. We told them the time that we were landing and they told us if we were not going to be there within less than an hour of landing then we should just sleep at the airport. We called the car rental and explained the situation and decided the fastest option was to go straight to the hotel. The taxi said the length of the trip was not worth it and to wait for the hotel shuttle or we had to pay $25/person to him. When we asked why his next price was $45. One of the other taxi drivers asked him what he was doing, but they could not take us because it was not their turn. It was a nightmare to get through to the actual hotel desk. At 2:30 am we were web chatting with Expedia who called the hotel, after a few minutes. The chat dropped when we got onto the shuttle to get our rental car. We decided to try and go to the hotel and when we got there the hotel still had our room reserved under our name. The lady at the desk and the gentleman there were very kind. Due to checkout times, we had to book another night so that we could sleep before driving to our final destination that afternoon. We had a pleasant stay while we were there.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The front desk lady was rude and mean. Always made us feel like we were putting her out for buying water. She would snap at us and was not a happy person. Ultimately we canceled the stay here for the last half of our trip.

Very good. Only con I wish it was coffee fridge and microwave in rooms. But all accessible in lobby.

Our desk clerk upon check in was not helpful at all. Called about ground transport and at checkin Our morning desk clerk was great!

Greeted with great service and met all expectations

Clean hotel. But customer service was absolutely terrible. Tried calling to ask some questions a week in advance and no one ever picked up. Shuttle service to and from airport was not good.

Stayed at the hotel specifically for airport shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle service doesn't start until 6am, which didn't work for me due to my flight leaving at 6am.

We had a late arrival time @10pm. Shouldn’t have been a problem with the 24/7 front desk service…We waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes with no one in site. I called the hotel phone number (which rang right next to where I was standing) hoping someone would answer or come to the front desk. Nada. After about 20 minutes I walked behind the front desk to the back office area and tried to find someone. Ended up knocking on the manager’s office door near security (no one around). After another 10 minutes someone came out from the back room obviously having just woke up. No apologies, just a “you checking in?” This hotel wasn’t in a very safe looking location and at this point I just wanted to get to the room and bolt the door. Thankfully the room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable and luckily we were only there one night. If you’re looking for a shady hotel location with no security in the lobby then this is the place for you.

The room was big and very clean!! Love the fresh ground coffee machines. I highly recommend this hotel.

We came off from our cruise very early and they were very nice to allow us to check in earlier than expected. The hotel is very clean and so close to the airport and if you rent a car a gas station is right next door if you need to fill up before your return! We would consider this hotel if we cruised again!
