This was a lovely hotel with everything I needed.

Our room heater was broken. Condensation on window dripping down so much carpet was wet. Extremely humid in room. Visible mold on walls. All they did was bring a fan for us and told no other room options. Morning clerk couldn't have cared less about our issues when discussed. Food at morning breakfast buffet was cold at 7:30 am. Omelet station food looked good but long line. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there. Place needs a head to toe gut/remodel.

A nice hotel that has been well kept. Very relaxing.

Overall, I love embassy suite I always stay with them when I go, and I travel a lot. Everything was great but food. The food was so disgusting.

Wonderful stay considering the circumstance of being caught in the flight delays due to the snowstorm in MCI. Large influx of travelers at one time but the property and staff handled it as best as you can expect. Some extended wait times for dinner and complementary drinks occurred but overall still fine. Breakfast service was wonderful as well.

It was a decent stay the bed was not comfortable it was way to firm for my family. The breakfast was cold the first day they had forgotten to turn the heat tables on the buffet so I felt terrible throwing my food away. It wasn’t as nice as so of the other embassy suites I have been to…

Ice place to stay! Breakfast was a highlight

As usual with Embassy Suites, the best parts about our stay were the room configuration (separate bedroom), and the fabulous breakfast (best hotel breakfast anywhere!). The only negative would be the fact that the room was a little dated, and could use some upgrading. That's it.

Close to the airport, breakfast with made to order omlettes were nice, broken shower head made it difficult to shower. No extra blanket in the room. Staff friendly & helpful.

The lamp by the beds didn't have a switch to turn it on. It didn't turn on with the light switch in the room. The toilet barely had any water in it and could barely flush. The pull out couch cushions didn't fit properly so that you could comfortably sit on the couch. The property is in need of updates and improvements.

Stayed for one night and selected due to free airport shuttle and included breakfast. Property offered evening free cocktails (2) and appetizers plus a great take out menu so I could carry dinner to my room and relax. I had a bedroom and separate living room area each with TV and an array of stations. Kitchenette, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Comfy bed. Very quiet even though near airport and freeway. Staff was friendly. Room was immaculate. Definitely would stay again. Food was tasty.

Perfect stay for us. A stop on our road trip and it met all our needs. Pet friendly (we have a dog) and just a nice place to stay

Terrible from the moment we checked in. Front desk lady was rude. Check in was HORRIBLE. One of our rooms got double booked and when family went in the room there was other peoples stuff in there. Went to ask front desk lady what was going on-told her someone’s stuff was in our room, she said ‘WHAT?’, activated a key and walked away. She didn’t say ‘oh no! Let me go see what’s going on! Hang tight!’ Or anything! She just walked away and left us to wonder. We asked to speak to the manager, took 30 mins for her to come to the table. Tried asking about the customer service, she said her employees are trained to move on to the next customer, start over with their spill and be polite. Well her employee was FAR from that. We asked if the room had been sanitized since someone else’s stuff was in there and she said ‘it’s not policy to do that, people go in and out of rooms all the time’. I asked for the room to get sanitized and she walked behind me and said ‘I’m not comping the room’. Not my point lady. The rooms were already paid for 2 weeks prior. Breakfast Buffett was a mess, eggs were soup and another patron was complaining about that. Ran out of most everything at 8:00am. The pool was cloudy and the pool floors were disgusting. Can’t throw any balls in the pool according to the front desk lady. She came from her front desk spot to come tell our family and another family not to throw balls.
