Overall the experience was very good as the rooms are very comfortable and getting to JFK airport is very easy with their shuttle. But there are few Cons - room service water is only provided once at checkin (not sure if this is a US standard as this was my First Hotel), no restaurant in the hotel so option is Uber Eats or likewise, breakfast is provided but it’s the same menu each day and it’s very limited choices plus in paper dishes.

Stayed for one night. Very clean and wonderful stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Your hotel is splendid! Our room was very clean. Stuff was very kind. It could be even better if there were possibility to eat something in the restaurant near the hotel. 5 stars from us! We absolutely come again if we are coming to NY in the future!

Room was clean with quality soft and hard furnishings. I was only overnighting but inspired to come back on my next layover. Marc at front desk was particlarly inviting and helpful.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice modern room with quality linens. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

They are great there. They always treat us special and the front desk staff is wonderful! The breakfast attendants keep the area very clean and well stocked. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy at night, but that could be because we live in Hawai'i and we're not used to that environment. However, we feel very safe while we stay there. The front desk is always staffed and they immediately open the door remotely for their guests.

The hotel was great for my lay over. Well appointed room with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. A little noisy but that’s to be expected from an urban location. Would stay there again.

The unit in my room was extremely noisy and prevented me from having a good night’s rest.

Not a bad hotel. Was clean and the staff was great. On the smaller side and the neighborhood around the hotel seems just ok at best.

Everything was excellent. Staff very helpful. I called upon arrival at federal circle. Shuttle was there within 20minutes. I would recommend this hotel

I have just had my worst ever stay at a hotel. I booked the hotel near JFK airport so that I could get some work done and sleep before the 8.20 flight to London. I was unable to do either due to the continuous noise that plagued my room. First of all the mechanical car parking machine with 3 or 4 levels for cars was being used every 5 to 10 mines throughout the evening and up until 12.30 in the morning. As this finished a lorry outside made a continuous loud noise, of which I have a video of. I laid in bed unable sleep and complained three times for which the only response I had was “well there’s nothing I can do”. Disbelieving me. he sent a man to listen to the noise who agreed it was extremely unreasonable. I was so frustrated I ended up having to leave the hotel at 2am

No respetaron la reservación después de una hora de espera y de comunicarnos con expedía nos dieron una habitación. Nos hicieron pasar muy mal rato y maltrato de parte de la Gerente.

Kätevä hotelli JFK:n vieressä. Hotellille kuljetus kentältä, hiljainen huone ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli lentokenttähotelliksi yllättävän kattava ja hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen.
