Staff members were kind and helpful.

Saw sketchy employees working at the hotel. Felt unsafe.

The employee working the breakfast area was “dipping” around the food area. She looks unkept and not well looking. Looks very unhealthy. She hangs around the lobby in the evening. Felt unsafe

Heat wasn't working in room and it took a discussion with the maintenance guy in order to get it resolved.

Very solid breakfast

Nice hotel. Hot breakfast was OK, and typical. Only complaint is that dogs are allowed but cost us $91 extra for one night for one dog, nearly doubling the cost of the room.

The location was perfect for us as a place to stay after an all-day flight into PHL. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the in-house breakfast exceeded expectations. And the price was right!!

It was good. Nice breakfast and very clean.

The property like the elevator, stairwells, and hallways need some renovation. It's not necessarily dirty but most definitely out dated. Perhaps a fresh coat of paint. Staff were very nice. And pay the lady at the breakfast more money, she was on point re-stocking the items. She was though not in a uniform so it didn't feel professional.

I love staying here. So far my experience has been exceptional. The staff is super courteous, friendly and respectful. Rooms are clean and kept up. The area is very convenient, nice and quiet.

The barn door that covers the bathroom and closet does not preserve privacy. Just need to add door sweeps to each side and you would fix it.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby but I went two nights and three days in a row without maid service. People were putting their trash out in the hallway because like us it starts to overflow after 3 days of not being emptied. The elevator is in need of replacement, the hallways are dingy and it seems like the walls in many places are scratched up with the carpet fraying in the edges. The breakfast was good but not great especially since the coffee on our 4 night stay was lukewarm the first morning. The Hilton 800 number didn’t do much to help but they put a message into the manager requesting compensation for me but I won’t hold my breath as we left this morning.

Missing ice machine on 4th floor. A few loud people around 1am to 2am on saturday night. Other than that, it was very nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. Friendly staff.

Would like to have had drinking cups in the room - didn't see any...

This is a smartly designed, comfortable facility. The only downside is the engineering of the bathroom. My shoulder still aches from trying to open the sliding door That and the shower door are too heavy for the mountings. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast.

Great overall, clean, comfortable, quiet, wonderful breakfast, best value for the area.

Clean smaller room than expected

I woke up and found a bed bug in my bed! I was force to do an early check- out and request a full refund. I spoke to the manager Sandra who didn’t seemed surprised at all and stated that they have a lot of people come and stay from all over the world so it’s not abnormal. I feel so uncomfortable and traumatized right now because my shin is itching at the thought of what I experienced. I will never book at an Inn again!

Rooms was not cleaned to standards, crackers and wrappers under bed skirt. Walls had scuff marks on walls, dingy looking color

I am very happy with my stay. Will at the front desk was very accommodating and help me check in earlier since I arrived ahead of my checking time.The staff is nice, friendly and courteous. Complementary Breakfast was good. Have many things to choose from. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and relaxing one.
