This hotel was actually pretty nice for the price. The rooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. We could hear people in the room next door being somewhat loud in the afternoon but it was quiet at night. In the morning I could hear some doors slamming but overall it wasn’t noisy. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. The main lot was kinda small and poorly set up. They had more parking on the side and in the back but because we got back late the only parking left was in the back and was poorly lit. There were plenty of spots in the back because there is a big lot which looked like it was possibly once shared with a now closed hotel behind them. The only entrance in the back was to the pool and I think because the pool was closed at that time we had to walk all the way around. I thought we could at least cut through when we left in the morning but you needed a room key to get in the pool so once again we had to walk all the way around in the rain. Minor inconvenience but still annoying. There wasn’t a whole lot to eat in the immediate area but within a 8 minute drive. It was about 20-25 to Boston and you didn’t have to get on the highway and it was a nice area. I would stay again.

Amazing stay!

Room was filthy with smell of vomit. There was hair in the bath so CLEARly the room wasn’t cleaned beforehand. I have frequented this hotel many times and never had this type of issue.

It was super clean and very quiet and the staff was lovely

Was in Waltham visiting family and got a wonderful rate at this property. The property was extraordinarily clean, everything was updated, the amenities were nice, the pool was adequate and the gym could use a little work but it’s still completely got the job done. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic because there were tons of options that were healthy at the buffet And reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again the room was comfortable and quiet and literally brand new. Looking forward to my next trip this is the new hotel I will be staying in as long as the price is right

The woman at the check in desk was very kind and helped me figure out the best way to my destination.

This was a fantastic location with wonderful people from registration to dining room staff! Room was outstanding, clean fully supplied and had all the necessary accommodations. My only issue was the bed being too low to the floor and soft, which made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep.
