Gaila was an excellent front desk attendant! She was friendly and very accomodating

First room was dirty second room heat didn’t work

We were here for my nephew graduation and as always the customer service is impeccable

It looked very nice.

Comfortable beds, enjoyed the fact that our rooms looked exactly like the pictures. Friendly sfaff

I love the staff. Everyone is professional. Favorite place to stay.

Good Service, friendly and attentive staff Room and bath for clean and accessible Restaurant gave us a choice of buffet or order. We did both. Property was convenient and close to all our needs. Would highly recommend and plan on staying again on future trips.

Bathroom was filthy with cockroaches.. bugs come and go but not cleaning the bathroom is disgusting

Enjoyed stay

The stay was a nightmare. One of the front desk attendants was beyond rude and dismissive. The pool and hot tub are under construction even though that is the first picture you see. There were roaches in the laundry room and a couple in the room!!! If you ask for extra blankets, they will admonish you and if you tell them that you really need them for your children they will call the police!!! Yes, that actually happened. I am very disappointed that any Hilton would be worst than any hotel that I have ever booked.

We were told several times by several different staff members there was a complimentary breakfast. When we went down to eat, they wanted $14 for a cold basic and $24 for a hot meal. Wth? Complimentary means FREE. You need to change your words to continental breakfast NOT complimentary. This is so bait and switch and very much false advertisement. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, OUR DEPOSIT WAS NEVER RETURNED.

Located conveniently off the I95 highway

I really liked this hotel. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful the entire time. I had some interaction with Asia and Rebecca. They were so nice and very customer service oriented. The room was clean. I may be staying here again in the future. I did not get the explore all of the attractions I wanted to see.

All aspects of human interaction were of superior quality. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Ann (Housekeeping) helped me get into my room as my keys didn’t work, Heather and Rose (Food and Beverage) were very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The food was prepared very well and was good eating. It is painfully obvious to me this facility is need of upgrading. As I mentioned my keys didn’t work the lock so I had them changed out twice, even then I had trouble opening my door. Additionally, I tried to enter the laundry room and my wouldn’t open this door either. The front desk attendant helped, his key had trouble opening the door as well. My coffee maker was non operational, the power light was on but it wouldn’t brew. These issues should be unacceptable to you. I’ve stayed at HGI on many occasions and have really enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you for listening, please take care of these details, thank you.

Carpet was dirty

Disappointed to learn the pool was closed for repairs after a long day of driving. Otherwise, a very fine place to stay. Easy access to 95 and lots of businesses and dining in immediate area.

Facility and room needed some attention w/ repair and cleaning. Staff was excellent

Room didn't have a fan in the bathroom - which seems like it's against every building code... Room was dusty in places and could use updating with decor. Felt old and stuffy, humid even though the air was on. Hotel advertises a pool but it's shut down for renovations, drained and not in service. Front desk staff were excellent, with great attitude and service.

Gross, ripped carpets, no AC in halls, filthy rugs, crud on walls, pealing wallpaper, smells like smoke, old furniture, not clean, hair in rug
