This hotel was under construction/remodel. There was no information on the site as to this. There were broken mirrors, broken windows and broken furniture strewn outside the main entrance. There were also no cars in the parking lot and no one at the main desk. The hotel was dirty and smelled. I did not stay here and found a different hotel in the area. The clerk did come to the front desk after I called a number that was at the front desk.

The curtains won't close. At all. They are not designed to be closed so there is a lack of privacy and the sun coming in. The hotel was in the process of being remodeled so I took that in to consideration. It wasn't clean but it wasn't dirty. Just old and in need of some big furniture updates. Also, the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep and checked out at 4:30 a.m. to go home. On the bright side there was a little pub in the area called the Blue Goose. Some of the best food around!

Just OK for a quick night stay while travelling. Needs help

It was under (much needed) renovation during our stay. The beds were clean but everything else felt dusty and the bathroom was moldy. The breakfast was not very good. The bagels seemed a few days old and serving utensils were missing for some items. Said coffee was available all day but by afternoon the coffee was what was leftover from the morning. Hopefully after the renovation they will pay attention to those details.

Nice but doing construction

The staff and cleanliness were excellent. The property is in good condition. I will be back in the future.

didn’t look the same as in the pictures

Pros- quite some chain restaurants around. Front desk is friendly & helpful. Cons- hotel is dated. Need more staffs, only one person working at the front desk & lobby coffee is always very cold Must have been made 10 hrs ago. No hot water to make tea..& worst tea bags ever! Although minor issues, it can be fixed very easily if the franchise owner cares to maintain a more welcoming hotel. Four stars is due to good value for the price. Don't dislike it that much but not loving it either.

Okay place for a quick night in and out. Not all that clean and the smallest "fitness center" Ive seen with no means to clean equipment after.

The management was rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me. I will never stay there again

It appeared that the Manager & his family wete "living" there at the hotel. Several people complained about noise level. The kids were riding their scooters all over the place; parents weren't paying attention, as the kids were bumping into things & people!

The air conditioner was loud all night and the louvres were covered in mold (see photo). The room had a smell to it and the fan between the bedroom and main area was caked with dust/dirt (see photo). I tried to cancel my 2nd night … but I was stuck with it. Have photos but app will not allow me to attach them.

This was not a Holiday Inn Express. Ive stayed at dozens axross the US and this looked and smelled more like an old Extended

Staff was super rude , you guys ran out of bread which shows the hospitality

This hotel is filthy. The carpets in the common areas are black with dirt and littered with debris. The hotel is run down. The toilet in the bathroom was rusty, the shower nasty and overall the place is a dump. The only good experience was easy check in and kind desk clerk.
