It was nice!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Times Square and surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant city life. Additionally, the convenience of having nearby bus stops made exploring other tourist attractions a breeze. While you can hear some noise from other guests and the bustling city outside, it’s to be expected given the central location. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action while having a clean and cozy place to return to at the end of the day.

The breakfast area to small but Everything was ok.

Eu fechei minha reserva com estacionamento incluso. Logo que chegamos, no momento do check-in reforcei a necessidade de deixar o carro no estacionamento e retirá-lo na minha saída. O responsável do service desk confirmou que estava tudo certo, eu não deveria pagar mais nada. No check out tive eles imprimiram um papel para entregar no estacionamento. Mas meu marido teve o carro preso, sem poder sair, porque o Gerente disse que o Hotel não havia repassado o pagto para o Parking. Foi uma confusão, tive que fazer um barraco enorme para que problema fosse resolvido. O Hotel queria que a gente pagasse novamente para o estacionamento 165 dólares e depois eles iriam nos reembolsar. Eu me neguei, porque já havia pago. Foi muito estressante para resolver.

The rooms are extremely small. It was hard maneuvering four ppl in the room,but we managed it. Great location to Times square

Pros:This hotel was within 10 minutes of many eateries and 15 minutes from Times Square. Their breakfast selection has excellent hot meals that change daily. At the end of our trip, the hotel found us a great driver to take us to the airport and the fees were less than a taxis or Uber. Cons: The rooms were small, but I think they can be improved with a bit more storage and wall outlets. The only ones available were in inconvenient locations. Also, the breakfast area was crowded near the breads/ pastries. I think they should move the plates and plasticware to another area and maybe these pastries to avoid the congestion.

Nice property for quick weekday trip

Gran locación en Hells kitches, a media cuadra de restaurantes y a unas cuantas de times s. Excelente servicio, buen desayuno. Un poco apretada la habitación

The wifi did not work well in all rooms. Construction was ongoing in front the hotel. The rooms were clean.

I had a great stay as is typical at Holiday Inns. They get all the basics right (clean, breakfast, nice beds, etc). But heads up to others who use fitness centers, this one is not functional. Both treadmills were out of service and haven't been serviced in years, the room is used for luggage storage so there's nowhere to stretch or anything. I booked this hotel in the middle of winter in New York hoping that I could get a run in on the treadmill and it kind of threw off my plans. I feel bad giving four stars because otherwise the hotel is great, I just wanted others to know because I didn't see any reviews mentioning the fitness center. Also note that this is a very busy and compact hotel in NYC, so the breakfast will probably have limited seating and a line to get food. That's just the nature of NYC. Staff was great however and hustling to keep it going. Staff was super nice And allowed me to check in a little bit early when I had an early flight. I always appreciate this so much! So long as I don't want to work out, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel próximo a Times Square com restaurantes perto mas não me senti segura para sair a noite. Funcionários muito prestativos mas o principal ponto negativo é o café da manhã que não comporta os hospedes direito e fica tumultuado e sem lugar para sentarmos. Quarto pequeno mas confortável. Chuveiro bom. Preço compatível com estadia

A minha estadia foi dentro do esperado. Fui muito bem atendida por todos os funcionários. A única coisa que não gostei foi que mudaram o meu quarto para o subsolo, mas no final das contas , tirando o fato de não ter janela. Achei ótimo, pois não tinha carpete. O café da manhã padrão americano, mas completo, melhor do que muitos que já me hospedei. Achei ótimo ter café fresco durar o dia todo. Gostei tbm do fato de ter microondas. Para o inverno, e para quem quer fazer tudo a pe ou de metrô, achei um pouquinho longe. Mas em outras épocas do ano, super indico o hotel.
