Older hotel. Upgrade to carpets paint mattress would be helpful

Clean , nice employer and quiet I have to go back to visit up there I will book the same Hotel again elevator was clean smell good I felt safe especially late at night and early in the morning

Even though I paid before arrival, they still charge me and I'm still waiting for my money back! Double check your bank statements after check out

Hot tub is very good option. And Breakfast is very limited.

Great place to stay while in town to celebrate Christmas with family

Flew into St. Pete around midnight. We just needed a place to stay for the night before heading south. This hotel did the trick. Upon arrival, we were told that they gave our two queen room away and that we would be put into a king room. Family of 4 with two teenagers, not idea but the night guy gave us a good deal on the room and was very apologetic. He was super kind and easy to work with! Good customer service makes a huge difference when these things happen.

I stayed for 3 nights over thanksgiving. I was told breakfast was included except they would be closed on Thanksgiving. Completely understood that except there wasnt any breakfast any of the days. Only coffee & water. They took $100 deposit for incidentals. Its been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t released the funds. They were very rude and blamed my bank at first. I called my bank, they tokd me the hotel is still holding the funds. Called the hotel for a 2nd time. Front desk told me “i’ll do what I can on my part but It’ll be 3-5 business days” Im still waiting

I love staying at the Holiday inn staff is amicable and very nice everything is always clean and neat and it's convenient to where I need to go.

Our room and dining area were very comfortable. Great bed and shower. Staff was welcoming and efficient. A short and easy drive to the Pier, restaurants, and museums. Decor is dated but so what?!

Hotel was overall average. It was what I expected for the price. Could use more cleanliness. Tub didn't drain well so your feet stayed submerged as you showered. Front staff absolutely wonderful.

The staff were really kind and caring. They were busy but they did not hesitate to help where they can.

The staff was a little distant and detached. They were polite but, kind of daydreaming and slow to respond. All I asked for was fresh towels in our room and didn’t get them. When we went to the restaurant the staff took their time acknowledging us. They were all polite but, not very interested in their contract.
