place was old and dingy it did not feel clean

It was just super hot weather. The rooms were very nice and big.

Everything was excellent, I really liked.

You're better off going to a motel 6 I've been to ones nicer than this place. Someone was smoking dope in front of my door and left it right on my AC unit. They have people living there like a motel. The pool wasn't open and it's summer so that sucks. There was trash that was there from when I checked in on Monday until I checked out on Saturday look it up on Google I posted pictures of the trash that was left for days. One was taken on Monday another was taken on Wednesday and it was still their own Saturday when I checked out. Check in is a nightmare the security guard didn't know what the heck was going on. Just book at a motel 6 because those are a lot nicer than this place

The stay was great! Front desk staff was wonderful & accommodating. Hotel itself, bit worn down. (Grassy areas need to be redone & updated eco friendly would be a suggestion.) The Room on the other hand: surprisingly perfect. Had a mico/mini fridge, great counter space and room was just great. Tons of stuff to watch on thier tv. No streaming was amazing.

I reserved this hotel because it had a pool. We got there pool is closed. No coffee maker is room. If we wanted Ice we had to drive to the restaurant on the other side. Mini fridge was not working right. Bed was uncomfortable

No hotel staff present even though we showed up during open hours. Poor communication and front security let every car through and there was a lady dumpster diving outside our room with an unleashed dog

when we checked in, they told us the pool is out of service, No coffeemaker in the room or in the lobby, no towels , nobody answer our calls, they didn't make the room next day and manager kept apologizing but nothing was satisfactory.

Excellent customer service. The place was quiet and I slept like a baby. The room had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. My daughter & I visited the fitness center. It was super clean, and it has enough equipment. In general, it was a peaceful stay. My only concern is that they need to put more attention in the cleanliness of the room, particularly bathroom and bed sheets.

Not enough staff. We needed extra towels. Dialed 0 for assistance, never answered. I had to call from my cellphone to get a response. The tv internet didn't work when we first got there called the office, no one cane to help. I was going to go to office but luckily the maintenance guy was out and i got him to help. So staffing was horrible.

Check in was difficult and our 1st room smelled, smoke alarm was on the counter, the fridge did not work, and the TV did not work, and we did not have enough towels. Front desk did not have a towel, but they put us in a new room, which was much better. We had a night walker above our room, walked a few hours first night and all night our 2nd night with shoes on and the ceiling is paper thin, but the walls were better because we did not hear anyone else. Front desk was unavailable and unreachable, we needed to solve someone walking all night with shoes on, but could not find or reach anyone. We ended up leaving a day early, but couldn't check out because we couldn't find/reach anyone. Also, we booked this place because of the pool and tennis courts, but the pool was closed and tennis was not part of the hotel and that office was closed when we walked over to find out how to use the courts.

Hotel was acceptable but not amazing. Every part of the facility, from the hotel check in office to the golf shop, looked like someone’s personal storage space. We locked ourselves out of our room at 7am, and there was no one in the front office and no one answering the phone when we called. We had to ask for help at the front gate. They had security let us in, but since they don’t have access to hotel registration info, they didn’t ask for IDs to confirm it was our room and just let us in. Golf carts weren’t fully charged and were dying before we were done. We even exchanged a cart and got another that wasn’t charged all the way. This place could use some better management.

The photos of this resort are deceiving. While the surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are not quite to a level of even mediocracy. The location of the check in area is not well-marked and the staff was rude. We did not even stay in our room and booked a different hotel room in the area after seeing the condition of the room we were assigned.

Checking is hard and confusing. We had to check in at the golf park. Area felt safe but definitely needs updates on room.

Loved staying here! Definitely coming back.

We were at this resort for 5 days. We made several requests for a trash can, ice, working refrigerator, clean towels and sheets. Day 3 we got the new fridge & trash can. They put the ice in the trash can for us. Disgusting! The evening of Day 4, we received clean towels and sheets but our room was not serviced. Items were just thrown on the bed for us to do ourselves. The manager was never around to discuss the issues in person but promised a phone call. Which we never received.

The staff was exceptional. Every single person we encountered was friendly and accommodating. That is hard to find now days.
