Staff service was amazing and we got to check in early. They kept our bags for us after check out so we could enjoy the day before we needed to head to the airport. The happy hour was great as well.

Very friendly reception and staffs. Comfortable bed in the room. The atmosphere when happy hour is excellent with good apple cider going with wine. I would love to stay here again when visiting San Francisco.

Cute hotel in a good location close to the wharf. Had everything we needed. Lots of additional fees which is always a little frustrating but we expected it from other reviews. No coffee in rooms. Included happy hour which we were unable to make. Would be nice if they just gave a free drink ticket that can’t be there within the one hour. Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable.

Excellent location, small but nice room (decent size for city hotel). Free coffee and happy hour was a nice touch, and staff very nice. Pretty good value for the money. We noticed a lot of dogs, which we liked but others may not.

So close to everything on fisherman’s wharf. They do a fun happy hour - free beer, wine and a mixed drink option. Rooms are spacious and you also get free bottled water everyday. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. :)

The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location.
The lobby staff is very nice.
One downside is that the room we stayed in faced the street and a bit noisy in the morning.

This is a great hotel with a cool vibe. The staff is excellent and they atmosphere in the lobby was great (DJ, drinks). The rooms are clean and well appointed but the walls a little thin as we had to put up with a loudmouth next to our room. The hotel is in a great location with many walkable must sees not far away.
