Very Pleasant Experience. I definitely would return to stay. I 100 percent recommend this facility.

Breakfast was excellent. Big rooms, we liked it all.

I would I would just like to put out there that I was there because my house was being built so I was there for two months spent over $6000. The front staff is rude, but the cleaning ladies are nice. I came back over to the location recently to charge my phone And the front desk was very rude and I would never stay here again with all the prostitution that goes on here as well as homeless people that’s allowed to come in and out and eat breakfast, but I was told when I was sitting there not to go in the kitchen to get nothing to eat. They don’t never have to worry about Get me my money ever again

The stay was great. Check-in and check-out went smooth. The lobby, my room, and common areas (breakfast, fitness center, pool, and grounds outside) were very clean. My only issue was customers who arrive after 9 PM were really loud from the room next to mine to soccer team in the hallway. The conversations went on after midnight from the neighbor.

It was an ok stay , I might stay there again, easy location , but the bathroom wasn’t exceptionally clean .. waterspots on the counters & mirrors , but I wiped them up the walls are very thin I could hear the conversations next door til 2 am.. but earplugs worked. Staff have me total privacy which I appreciated, no Knocks on the door for services. No real complaints , none worth calling the desk about but not the best.

Its was nice have them fix up the property's like grass and all kind of flowers that's place would look so much more nice that hotel is pretty it sits in the middle of dirt all the way around it needs greenary

The staff when brought to their attention of noise complaints they didn’t do anything about them and. I was not to vacation or relax and I also had to go too work so others coming was noisy and disrespectful

The place is great. The breakfast was not that great.

Not very clean. Small room. Loud. Accidentally left something in the room and they kept it.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast lacks variety and was not appealing enough for me to try it, but others were eating it. What this locating is lacking is good customer service. The front desk clerk (I had the same one on three occasions at different times of the day over the course of three days) was rude and lied about several things. Also the hotel manager, Raj, is not on site until some unknown time after guests check out (I was told he would come in after 11 am but I could not get an actual time as he just comes in "when he wants to") so you are unable to speak to him if you have a concern. If you want a clean hotel that you may not get towels restocked or customer service then this place is for you.

Locate near Copper-sky community sport centre. Walkable to. Harrah’s Casino is less than a mile aways South. The area is a bit away from residential area and it is very quiet. Breakfast was nice ( self serve)) and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi look great. We just did not have tike to enjoy it. Was just an overnight stay but would stay there again. Very new building. Pet friendly.
