It was nice I got a smoking room for vaping and it just smelled like straight tobacco in there but what else should I expect lol but overall great stay

very disappointing .. shotty patchwork in the bathroom. internet was terrible. We thought we had internet only to find it didnt connect and used our personal data. Breakfast was a joke. waffles and cereal only.. no muffins, no bagels . we thought we had two queen beds but the were only fulls, so sleeping was awful, so were the flat pillows. fridge was set on only 3 and all of our sodas froze. very upset about this.. will NOT recommend.

Bed was comfy, room location was cool, and fresh towels and linen were a plus.
But, my non smoking room reaking of lingering cigarette smoke, my toilet being really dirty, seat, and inner part, front of the toilet as well, and the cookie, chip crumbs, and candy residue underneath the heater was not visible until I was sitting on the bed!
Mediocre housekeeping at it's finest.
I definitely will not be returning.

The room wasnt even swept. The smell of urine dominated the foul stench of stale coffee. Ice bucket had black mold. Literally every single thing was filthy. Absolutely no attempt was made to clean the bathroom area. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in all my travels.

Dirty bed linen, filthy bathtub, dried-up human sexual fluid on floor carpet, almost no water pressure in the shower, main entry door handle malfunction, no iron or ironing board in room, toilet clogged, light bulb that wouldn’t turn off, friendly receptionist.

The lady at the front desk was very rude, unwelcoming and mean. During check in I watched her be pleasant and welcoming to the other guest of her color even providing them with welcome bags and explaining the no tolerance sheet I was not given a welcome bag, nor told anything about the no tolerance sheet just told to insert my card and sign this paper to check in. She gave me a room with no working heat, a fire hazard socket that was not covered and had the AC unit plugged into. Which was sparking when I turned on the heat. The bathroom was unclean with urine behind the toilet, tub was nasty and rusted. When I went up to my room to check in she gave me none working key cards. She kept stalking my children as they came and went to find any reason to make us leave. The elevator was broke and had to commute up to the third floor everyday. They have roaches in they lobby laundry area. Terrible experience.

Was quiet till the day of check out when I woke up to a screaming kid and what sounded like demolition but it was just my neighbor banging doors and drawers fighting with her man
And I’m still waiting for my pre auth pmt to return to my checking acct
