We had a very enjoyable stay, staff were very attentive

Nice and Quiet

I had already paid for my room, but was charged again upon arrival without the front desk person telling me. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back! There was trash piled up outside the door to the hotel. The room was in poor condition with evidence of deterioration. There were kids running down the hallway, and people pounding on doors late into the night. If you need a good night’s sleep before an early flight look elsewhere! It is obvious that this hotel and the neighborhood it sits in has seen better days!

When reserving the stay, it stated there would be a complimentary breakfast included in the price. On arrival, I was told that there would not be any breakfast. No offer of snacks or compensation. Very disappointed.

Do not reccommend Front desk staff did not handle situatiobs well.

This property could use renovation in the rooms our rooms smelled very musty

Grateful to have two suites close to one another— (daughter) and family in next room. BUT the carpet needed serious cleaning in both rooms. The carpet inn118 stunk from pet urine. The carpet in 120 was very soiled as evidenced by my sox that were very stained just wearing in the room for two hours! The one bed suite was just ok. On line shown to be. King bed, was actually a small queen and not very comfortible.

Mia checked us in and she was FANTASTIC!!! She gave us great recommendations and has amazing customer service skills!

The staff was very good and took care of us.

I booked thinking this would be a good stay based on the photos and other reviews. When we arrived it was difficult to get to the location compared to other options. Once we realized where we were staying there was a sense of being unsafe from the time we pulled in. There are two hotels in the middle of two apartment complexes. Signs are posted all over the parking lot stating damage and theft are at your own risk (this was a major concern based on location). Even though it was late at night several people were walking around with dogs and doing things that were also concerning. Once we got inside the staff was friendly. The room was clean however the door was unable to lock. We ordered door dash since we did not have dinner due to a late baseball game and someone told the door dash driver it was their food (this did not happen the four nights we stayed at country inn). Our kids did not get to eat until 1:00 am bc of this. In the morning we went to have breakfast and a steady stream of people from outside came in to the dining room who appeared to be from the apartment complex not residence inn. I felt completely unsafe and was concerned for my children and our vehicle parked outside. This was the worst experience I have had in four years of traveling to Indianapolis for baseball. I will never stay here again and suggest anyone considering rethink the location!

They were very accommodating to get us an extra night in our room, and had a fun package for our pup. We did however, have maintenance in our room because the stove fan and dishwasher didn't work. The hot tub was also out of commission.

Overall hotel is nice, it can get very loud though. The road next to us was loud and you could hear people down the hall talking and kids running

The staff was wonderful! They were accomodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel property was tidy, but showing some wear and tear. A landscaping fresh, especially at the entrance would improve the welcoming feel.

I have stayed here before and Remembered it had a Hot Tub, an indoor pool and a nice Breakfast. However this past stay the Hot Tub was unavailable on the evening of my arrival. The next moring the Pool area was being Cleaned. Was told by the Front Desk would be cleaned soon. But, gave up on "soon" after an Hour plus wait.

The staff was awesome. We loved the space
