Very nice needs some updating

This hotel is in a good area for shopping and dining but is outdated, dirty, old, smelly, and disappointing.

Nice hotel!

There was no hot water. When asked they said they could not do anything because we booked through you guys. There was no remote for the TV when we got to the room. She had to come twice and it still didn't work. The parking lot was icy. I fell and the lady chuckled. Didn't ask if I was ok or anything

Check in was good told the receptionist we was dropping our bags and going to dinner when we got back went to shower and toilet didn’t flush.. they gave us another room but it was basically the same thing. Slept and left first thing this morning!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us plenty of towels. The coffee was good. There wasn't much for breakfast, nothing hot. The floors looked like they had not been swept. It took a long time to get hot water. There was trash in one trash basket in our room when we got there. But we enjoyed our stay.

Do not recommend. Very outdated. Uncomfortable beds, not a lot of parking.

Our room was fairly quiet. We appreciate that the parking was in a fenced in area as this was a busy downtown area

It was an odd experience. Pretty rundown but they’re planning full renovation by summer. Mostly great staff. Good location. Odd clientele. Terrible breakfast, which seems to be a thing-they warn you in advance. It is, in fact, terrible. They joke that it’s terrible. Reserving judgment until the renovation after which I feel like I’ll either describe it as a hidden gem or never go back.

I would not recommend this place AT ALL. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every detail of conversations happening in the next room. The water pressure is inconsistent allegedly due to construction on the streetcar. However, you aren’t informed of that until after you arrive. Had I known I’d have chosen a different property. There was one day I had to wash up in the sink because there was literally no water coming out of the shower head. I called down for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any clean ones on hand and to come back later. Hotels should never be completely out of clean towels! Lastly the room was not cleaned. I found a LONG fingernail from a previous guest on the carpet and strands of hair in the bathroom that were not mine. The staff was pleasant enough but the property is just a step above a dump. It is very old and clearly has not been well maintained. Do not stay here. Fork out a few extra bucks a night and stay somewhere else. You will absolutely regret it if you book with this hotel.

Room had mold on the lamp at the desk. Very old hotel that is in badly need of a update and deep clean! My wife wanted to change hotels after she saw the condition the eoom was in after we checked in but nothing nice was available in the area. Would not stay again unless the update this place. Staff was friendly but that the only positive thing i can say!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very old and dirty. The staff were nice and stay was just ok.

They have notices via social media and throughout the facility renovations are coming, however service is still required. You could see the dust in the rooms, dirt along the baseboards/carpet. They offer bagels, toast, coffee, juice complimentary but they did not replenish the food. Two of the three mornings they ran out of coffee having to wait 10/15 minutes for coffee ONLY after we asked to make more coffee. The toasters took forever to toast the bagels and the lever to push the toast/bagel down was broke. The area was not maintained. The lobby has a tv, we asked to turn the tv on to watch the football game as our group had 6 people, the girl at front desk did not even know there was a tv and then said did not know how to work it. Maybe she was new but made no offer to help. Customer service, maintaining areas makes a HUGE difference. There was one girl at the front desk (pm shift) on two of three nights we were there, she was AMAZING. She provided excellent service, engaged in conversations, offered assistance. She was the ONLY reason we stayed. I wish I would have asked for her name because she was GREAT.

Felt safe and close to everything. Staff was nice and helpful

This property was fine but not great. The rooms are dated but clean. The staff was awesome and very nice. The walls are very thin and our room was by the ice maker and soda machine which was very loud. Our toilet kept running after we flushed it which was annoying. Parking there was easy at least. We never tried the bagel breakfast

Place is a dump and the renovation in January will not start soon enough. Should be completely gutted. Dirty, old, and not worth the price, will never stay there again.

Ok place to stay. 2 miles from main things. Next to a QT, so that was beneficial.

The hot water did not work and it was zero outside. The phone had no cord, so it did not work. The ice machine cycled all night long. We had to change hotels and still pay an extra night. Worst experience ever.
