It was clean but worn out. beds were comfortable. Heater would not shut off I had to open a window. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good. The free breakfast is a coffee and a muffin.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly.
Room was adequate for a night's stay, although some bleach stains on rug, etc.
Some customers checking in/out seemed a little questionable...
Grab and go breakfast was very limited and there was coffee but no tea.
Hotel is non-smoking although the lobby and rooms definitely had a smoke smell to them.
Areas w/in the parking lot seemed unsafe being water drains weren't covered entirely.
Parking was ample and location was convenient.

You said there was breakfast, thats why we stayed there. Continant breakfast was not mentioned when I asked at the desk. We were deceived. We will never stay there again even if it was FREE. You just lost a customer.

I booked a room with 1 queen bed and was given a room with 2 double beds. When I brought this to the staff’s attention their response was that the hotel is fully booked and I should be happy that my room was “upgraded.” Sorry, but having to sleep in separate beds is not an upgrade to me. The beds were also very uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. If this was a $60 room, I wouldn’t care but when I am paying $164, I expect to get what I paid for.

Found bedbugs in our room, told the front desk manager, and showed them the dead ones we found on a paper towel wbich we put in a plastic zip lock bag to show them. They said theyd take care of it, and id receive a refund, however the following day i called and they insisted there was nothing in the bag or on the paper towel and nothing in the room meanwhile i had shiwed him the pictures and video taken in the hotel room! Horrible customer service and they lie to protect the hotel so be careful going there!

Staff is lovely and helpful, but property is so run down,The Bed is several years past its replacement date, it’s both hard, and support less at same time. The pillows are so old they actually fold them over 3 times and secure-the fold with a pillow case, to give. the pillow some volume, the pillows r 10x10. The smoke smell at the entry is hard to walk by, and it feels like a scary movie...

No toilet paper in room. Found out after showering. Couldn’t call for some to be brought up since room phone didn’t work. Towels were dirty. Found some used tissues on floor behind nightstand. TV remote didn’t work.
