Enjoyed the beach!

The ac did not work and the hotel staff seemed to know it was an issue before renting the room. I have stayed there more than a handful of times this year but after this experience I will enjoy our staycations elsewhere

This property should not be considered to be a hotel. They are an annual rental property taking advantage of renting rooms not being used. Run down elevator, old fashioned everywhere even using physicals keys, they claim free breakfast but serve for the 1:30 basic coffee and apples. Remove them from your system. One thousand dollars for that is Robert!

Hotel is outdated. Was shown a different photo online and received a different room.

The hotel staff was great, very friendly and helpful but could use a facelift. There were a number of panels missing on the blinds which let a lot of light in the morning and the TV did not work. The pictures made it look really nice but was ok.

The property is situated in a pleasant and attractive area, and while I anticipated a certain level of luxury, the unit featured outdated, low-quality materials. The air and heating system was excessively noisy, and the doors either creaked or slammed shut, which was disruptive. The property was dimly lit, and the doors appeared poorly maintained, raising concerns about security. Additionally, the unit had a noticeable moldy odor. The kitchen amenities were subpar, with used soap and sponges left behind and no towels or paper towels provided. The in-room coffee and the complimentary breakfast were disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. However, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice about activities like Pilates to fully take advantage of those offerings.

I was thrilled as there were very mixed reviews. Room was large with large balcony...full Kitchen with even a Bosh Dishwasher. Great closet space. Parking so easy. Only thing was Breakfast was poor....but no biggie as lots of options around. Joseph on Dixie Highway 1 was classic dinner very good

Horrible, no es como te pintan en la foto, la cortina sucio , la cama y el cuarto apestoso, los pasillos peor En las fotos están lujoso y al llegar feísimo pagué más de $900 por 2 noches y apenas soporte la primera noche tuve que salir y hospedarme en otro lugar

Not good. Air conditioning not working and TV in the master room not working. Apt looks ok

The property definitely needs an upgrade, the property looks like stop in the late seventies or eighties, my room 725 the curtains were broken, the light in the balcony doesn't works, basically everything needs an upgrade.

Great helpful front desk!

Wow, just such a historic place, the staff is extremely friendly. The front desk staff is awesome and very accommodating. The lady who works the breakfast is so sweet and I was running 5 minutes late one day and she helped me get thw last minute breakfast together. The design in each room is different but fascinating. All kinds of doorways and secret pocket doors, just amazing.

I love staying at The Ambassador. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and I love that it is located on the beach.

Great time

A vista do quarto é incrível, já o café da manhã é bem simples. Infelizmente não consegui entrar na praia pois ventava muito e o mar estava bravo. Como fiquei apenas um dia não sei dizer se a praia costuma ser mais calma ou é sempre assim.

November 18, 2024 The property was unappealing so old (looks like it about to collapse), very dirty, and dingy. Only 1 small elevator (took forever). The property is dated could use good renovation. No central air (2 window units). Advertising pictures were deceiving. I will not stay here ever again. The room is filthy dirty, ants everywhere even found on bed, TV, furniture, remote control were covered with dust to the point that everything is so sticky (nasty) we didn't even attempt to turn on the TV (possible not working anyway). Window blinds are terrible they don't roll, and they looked bigger than the window. Terrible wall paint (looked like it's repainted by a child). Kitchen: only 2 cereal bowls, 3 medium size dishes, 4 coffee cup, 2 teaspoon, 2 tablespoon, and 4 forks, 3 steak knife, 1 small fry pan, and 3 cooking pans were available. NO drinking glass, NO cutting knife, NO cutting board, NO paper towel, NO kitchen towel, NO trash bag, NO cooking ware (1 plastic cooking ladle and 1 plastic cooking spoon), NO dish soap, NO coriander. Refrigerator: ice maker didn’t work. Dishwasher: the door has very loud squeaky noise every time trying to open. Noises: door slamming all day long Positive note: Friendly front desk, ocean front (steps to sand/beach, beach lounges were nice. Publix store and few eateries: 5 minutes away (driving). Wi-Fi available. Breakfast available 8AM-9:30AM (we did not attempt). I hope this review helps future traveler to be prepare.
