Very clean, quiet,accommodating

Everything was very clean and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was large and comfortable. Nice lounge areas and I was able to work comfortably using the wifi.

Lil stickt spot on the floor. Staff was above and beyond friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

Parking off site was easier and cheaper than doing valet. Valet was $46 per night for parking and the ramp a block down was $16 total for over 24 hours that we were there. Staff was nice but they were on their phones during check in which is not professional at all.

Very clean, very small room. Not many amenities in the room at all but it worked for one overnight. The overnight front desk man was very helpful and delightful.

Bad pillows, bed has big divots from past bodies, fan tan non stop and temperature wasn’t controllable. Tv volume was barely audible over hvac noise. Breakfast was poor quality and no where near the quality shown in the advertisements.

heat didn’t work in the room so it was extremely cold in there, and some of the front desk workers seemed hostile and rude.

Parking was hard to come by but it is downtown. Valet a bit pricey but worth it since i didnt want to walk 10 minutes in below zero weather

Bed linens are 100% polyester, which made for an uncomfortable and electrifying (literally) experience. With a cold winter and furnaces running constantly, the electricity in the linens are scary.

The hotel was good service was nice, did not like the inconvenience of no parking when I got there the first day I drove for 20 minutes trying to find parking. They offer valet but too expensive

Great location! Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. This hotel provided everything we needed.

Our biggest complaint was the room was pretty cool. Another mishap was the hair dryer's plug was super bent, and we teied to bend it back, but there was no way it was going into an outlet. Brought it downstairs to get a different one, and it seemed like the guy at the front didn't know when we could get another. I didnt have that kind of time. We eventually got it bent back enough for it to go into an outlet by bending it in the door frame, and by bending it on a table. Otherwise, check-in staff and check-out staff were super and friendly. The guy watching the breakfast area was running his kiester off rending to the stocking and cleanilness of that area as well.

Parking is inconvenient, unless you want to pay for valet.

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I appreciated the level of care and concern the front desk had for my husband and I as we celebrated one of our anniversaries. The ladies were so high spirited, kind and remembered our faces every tine we came down. Customer services at its finest..
