Is a good old hotel , need more atention on cleaning the room specially the floor of the bathrooms

Superb staff! Older building and carpet but room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice vie of the city.

The hotel carpets smell like a dusty moldy place. My room's hot water knob for the sink did turn on, very stiff. The paint was peeling in the restroom, the tub was stained from a previous floor mat and had black spots from the pattern. The TV are so outdated, the pillows ate flat and the comforter and mattress were poor.

Clean great location

I booked with this hotel extremely concerned after reading the reviews. The location was too perfect to pass up, the Sheraton Brookhollow is located .8 of a mile from my daughter's home. Check in was easy, and efficient...they made me feel welcomed, they even let me check in a couple hours early! They furnished my room with the roll in cot and sizable refrigerator. Although the room is a bit dated, as is the hotel (I think then 'S' in Sheraton is cracked) This hotel has 'great bones' and apparently excellent management. Every aspect of my stay was above average service! The only real caveat: the hot tub was cold. The pool was warm, but when I went down at 9pm to relax in the hot tub it was cold. Disappointing. Another room for improvement is the coffee break area. They set it up on this tiny table and there should be a container of milk and a container of cream. Put it on a bigger table. Refresh it often. A few times I came down at 8:15-8:30 and it was empty and the area was wrecked. Even after I let the front desk know about it, the lady just cleaned it up and put it away. On the weekends it's even worse, you have to go into the restaurant and make your coffee in there. Even in there, it's those BS creamer cups, and you have to crack open like 10 of those just to get your coffee mediocre. Please management, fix your coffee problem, because coffee is a big deal to practically every guest. There should also be an area describing the history of the hotel,

In general great service by staff. There was however, a really bothersome smell of marihuana penetrating the room, and especially in the hallway of the 6th floor.

Great location for where I needed to be. The exterior is more on the older side and so was the room, majority of the electrical outlets were not securely attached to the wall, charger kept falling out. The bed was clean and comfortable though. The lobby seemed fairly renovated and new. There are a good amount of tables and cubicles to eat or do work in on in the common area! I requested a late check out and they graciously gave me an extended late check out. Thanks, greatly appreciate that! Staff at the time of my stay were very nice and accommodating. Fitness center was very well equipped with weights and machines. There is a restaurant and bar on site, upon checking in I got a voucher for up to $12 for Ella’s table ! Nice touch! I left behind my AirPods, I do preface that I now have it back with me, but it took a long process to get them, lots of back and forth phone calls, eventually had to get corporate involved and then that’s what got the ball rolling. I recommend this hotel only on location basis.

Front desk was very cheerful, room was clean and neat. Great stay for the price and location

The property was not cleaned enough, mainly the restroom. And we heard the noise during night from other rooms and they slammed the door continuously half an hours and management didn’t bother to control the noise.

This was a dirty hotel, we didn’t even stay the night it was so gross. Hallways smelled like smoke, stains everywhere, rooms were dingy, toilet didn’t flush. Stay elsewhere.
