Extremely well maintained property inside and out. Friendly helpful staff. Room we rented was clean, large. Very nice quiet stay. We will be return customers in the future. Near many stores. Good breakfast variety. Nice pool. Please be aware that you must have a valid card to pay a deposit even though you pay for your entire stay in advance. We were on a tight budget but thankfully we had the deposit that was returned once we left the room in good condition. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We picked this hotel because of distance to our events but the room was dated, especially the carpet. Hot tub was closed and outdoor pool was quite cold. But the room and grounds were clean and there was ample parking during our stay as hotel was not busy. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good, with hot and cold options.

Very clean and spacious rooms, very affordable and with amazing amenities. Check in was quick and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and big the room was. The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of a window that could open, but I was told this is only an issue w the street facing rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is a gem. You wouldn't know unless you been there. Good breakfast and the cleaning ladies really do their job.

The breakfast was good. Parking was fine.

The staff was kind of off putting- not super friendly or personable. Elevator was broken. Location is kind of in a little bit of a shady area so I had to check my truck multiple times though out the night as I was traveling with a loaded up U-Haul and afraid of it being broken into. Be aware they charged $40 more for a double queen non-smoking room- if anything the smoking rooms which have to be cleaned more thoroughly should have the increase in charge NOT the people who are helping to maintain a clean room- so that didn’t make sense to me. Otherwise property was clean.

This Hotel Was by far the best place I stood at this year, Very Good customer service and room had everything working properly with complimentary toiletries Very clean and comfortable, hot tub and swimming pool we're clean and relaxing and Breakfast was very well prepared and fulfilling definitely will stay here again.

Breakfast was decent for the kids. Location looked like not the best area but once there it was perfect for our little stay. Parking was good. Elevator didn’t work and we had lots of sports equipment to carry up the stairs.

The pictures are not realistic, properly is run down and not maintained at all.

Everything was great!

Elevators were out the entire stay. I was on the third floor with 3 children. It was pouring rain and the staff offered no assistance in getting bags up the wet outdoor stairs to our room and said no other rooms were available. The property looks nice but is very dated on the inside. The outlets by the bed did not work. All wall outlets in the room were loose and plugs would fall out constantly. The high ceilings were pretty but visible large amounts of spiderwebs could be seen everywhere. The sink had a large crack through it. Housekeeping was great. Loved that they serviced the room daily. Property has so much potential but our stay was a bit inconvenient. Would try to stay again with lower expectations and hopefully a working elevator.
