Good property

My van was on site for 4 hours and was broken into. Thousands of dollars of tools and machinery parts stolen. Front desk associate acted like it was pretty common for that to happen. Didn’t offer to provide any video surveillance or help at all with the situation. This place is a dump! Secure your property!

They have great customer service; I had to attend an event and was able to leave my car in the parking lot even after checking out. The staff I dealt with were very friendly, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d stay at this hotel again. 😎

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Fridge worked well, didn't use the air con. Bathroom could do with a lick of paint. Parking was fine, but very busy at nights. Staff seemed pretty disinterested. Good location with amenities nearby. Breakfast was good but limited selection.

When describing the entrance, it would probably be helpful to state that you can only enter the entryway from one side of the road

The room was clean and included breakfast, although we didn't get up. The bathroom light and exhaust fan turned on together and were very loud. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Room was ok , the ac didn’t work very well it was super hot and the ac kept turning off.

Room was clean, bed sheets and pillows very soft, mattress somewhat hard. Towels very cheap and scratchy Shower pressure was good, but it sort of dripped all night AC- it does NOT cool below maybe 70 degrees, which for me, was unacceptable. I have severe hot flashes and was looking forward to a cooler room overnight. The selected temp goes down as you press the "down' arrow, but the AC does not match. Breakfast was ok... rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle iron, instant oats, apples, orange juice. Not the best but not the worst. VERY loud people above us- all night we could hear intermittent "thud" sounds and some voices which I assume was kids jumping off the bed. Not a quiet rest at all for me. Overall, for the price, mediocre. We chose this since others were full (graduation weekend).

Very fair price quality hotel bed a little weird but overall one of the better hotels I've stayed in at San Jose California.

The closest restaurant is too far to walk to, and there's no vending machine with snacks in the hotel

Nice hotel the only issue was the AC would turn off every 15-20 mins

Elevator was not working. Nothing about it was good.

Perfect place for my 4-day stay in this area....including wifi, breakfast room. & even jacuzzie. Fun combination of walkable barrio vibe and eateries and verfy Silicon Valley guests. Only minor improvement:-- front desk folks while efficient, seemed a bit barricaded by the clear plexiglass "front dedk" window.

They give me the third floor but did not let me know that elevator was broken .. hard for me to go up / down the entire time I’m there

The breakfast is the bare minimum for a hot breakfast. The breakfast room is the issue as it small and cramped. Not a pleasant experience. The location is also a bit rough on the eyes. The bed and sheets and pillows are serviceable. Its a motel with lipstick. Overall do not recommend for a family with young kids.

This place is a hidden gem. I have one complaint though, my key card kept becoming deactivated and I had to have the staff reset it twice.
