Stole my money. Over charged me and the manager will not return my calls

Location was amazing. Very comfy and serene part of the area and totally conveniently located. Hotel was nice for the most part. Grounds are incredibly lovely. Room was fine except the bathroom was a bit of a disaster. The breakfast was truly terrible and the restaurant/bar was closed for the season for some reason. No big deal but they should have advertised that it wouldn’t be open

You get what you pay for. The view was amazing though and the access to the water is great! The noise from 98 wasn't bad at all like I thought it would be. Bed was comfy. Lots of pillows. AC worked great. Shower was good. Coffee is good. Fridge and microwave worked. Tv worked. Ice machine worked. Room is cozy. Breakfast was awful! Don't rely on it. Cereal with no milk, biscuits with no gravy and rubbery sausage. Eggs are precooked and microwaved and the juice was very water downed. A few muffins, wheat bread and cold biscuits. There is a waffle maker but that is it. Very few options and what is there is not good.

Too many hidden fees , not too impressed

Mycket trevligt hotell. Rummet var rent och fräscht med havsutsikt. Hyfsad frukost med bl a våfflor frukt och yoghurt.

The Bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good hot shower. My two most important things as I am traveling on my Healing journey. However I was hit with an outrageous daily charge for my small Hypoallergenic dog. The microwave and the blow dryer were both broken. The towel rack is hanging from the wall and the back of entry door to room, when I shut it, looked like it had something spilled all over it and hardened. It was probably missed if room cleaned with the door wide open. And the window was filthy. But I had my 2 basic needs met. Just seems it wouldn't take much to go that extra mile.

Tub backed up all 3 nights we were there

The room appeared to be clean. When my wife used the restroom there was A big cockroach in the toilet. Not something you expect to see if the Room and property has pest control program.

Dinning

King suite October 2024. Disgustingly dirty. White stains all over sofa and chair, faucet kept falling off, trash left under kitchen sink, drawers dirty, curtains had food stains. Fire exit from staircase B would not let me out. Talked to front desk about this being a hazard and she said that the door is known to be finicky and that she would call maintenance. You KNOW you have an ongoing issue with a FIRE EXIT door NOT opening?!? Seriously?!? I will never stay at this location again. Not just due to the dirty conditions of my “suite” but also due to the KNOWN safety hazard.

Not sure why they're not letting me post the review, the place is nothing spectacular and does not need a full sentence to describe it. Cheap and well decorated with the "landlord special" design and hopefully working key cards and on-site equipment.

The rooms were very outdated. Sheets had small holes.

Beautiful beach location . Beds were too firm

Perfect for what we needed and came to Pensacola for ,,,, would definitely come back

Fantastic location right on the waterfront made for some beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was really good with nice views out over the water

We were checked in and given a door key, after the process we were told, "The hot water was low", and we were expecting low pressure..THE HOT WATER WAS OFF!!! when we called the front desk for another room location, thinking it was just a room thing. We were told that it would be another $60 a night to move to another room. And still no hot water was available until the next day. we stayed. The next day we called the front desk, and she said,"You were given the option to stay at check-in and you decided to stay after you were told the hot water was off". We decided to leave the room and check in at Gulf Shore Inn. The hot water was on and the room was clean and updated. Also, they refused to give us a refund even though they messed up. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Not even my dead dog!
