The property is very close to the beach and we had a nice view from our room window.

Very clean and the service and breakfast were great. The condition of the Hotel is good but it is a little beat up.

This is probably the worst Hampton Inn that have stayed in in regards to condition. The property needsa major paint job inside. All the doors are scratched and looked disheveled. The carpet, seriously? Don't you guys clean the carpets ever? They're disgusting. Spend some money and get your carpets cleaned especially in offseason.

Great room! Gulf was short walk away! Lots of dining!

The hotel was clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff was helpful, it’s only steps to great beaches and the price (at least during early January) was very affordable. I’d be glad to stay there again.

Felt dirty and unsanitary.

The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The view from our room was very good. The facility needs a good cleaning. The carpets in the hallways and common areas are stained and dirty as are the chairs in the breakfast area. The evening of our second full day, we had to request housekeeping as we were out of towels and the trash cans were full. On day 2, breakfast foods (including cereal, muffins, etc.) were out except waffles and sausage approximately 40 minutes before breakfast time was over.

The best part of our stay here was the size of the room. The buffet was fair, but the drink machine didn’t work so we paid $3 for a bottle of water with our free breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for a family vacation. Overall nice hotel, walking distance to the beach, good breakfast. One issue I had - asked for extra blanket and receptionists refused to provide one. The issue was resolved only when i involved management. Weird. Never had problems like this in other hotels.

Hotel was nice. No beachfront rooms or views. Pool was nice. Breakfast nice. Public beach access in walking distance. Overall nice hotel.

As expected. Reasonable price for a clean nice place to stay. Breakfast was above average for range of hotel. Shower great, good pressure and plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking. Bed and mattress felt a little tired but it was ok.

Excellent property. Marciel was amazing and super helpful.

We were there for a golf tournament. Our stay was very pleasant. Convenient to shopping, dining, golf courses and the beach. Would stay there again.

The room was clean, the service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious.

Great staff and experience. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and great location.

Tremendous staff and central location near fhe beaches. Very caring.
