Had a family suite which was very spacious. 1 King and separate bedroom with 2 queens. Also had sofa bed. Dry clean and comfortable

Amazing stay with walkable amenities and entertainment. Really clean rooms, prime location, the valet parking should be included in my opinion but overall it was a great experience. The only tiny detail that was really noticeable and concerning was the smell of the water, specially in the sink… it had a really pungent smell like mildew or stagnant water.

We had a great stay. It’s walking distance to Disneyland plus the nice view of the fireworks as well.

Room is clean and spacious. Very convenient for Disneyland resort. The room has a fridge and microwave wish was handy. They only change the towels every day. The bed was not made but a few days it was no hassle.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a door/curtain to separate the bathroom sink area from the room. This made it hard for one person to get ready in the morning while others were still sleeping.

My family unfortunately lost an item during our stay at this hotel. When we asked the staff about it their reaction was to try and convince us that we were somehow confused about the item or had possibly lost it elsewhere. The item was trackable to my phone so I could see where it was located but the staff were unwilling to help. Outside of that circumstance, the room was clean, not a whole lot of storage space, no closet, but the Housekeeping staff were exceptional in ensuring we had all the items we needed. Parking is valet only. So if you bring your own vehicle expect an additional charge. It has many restaurants within walking distance and Disney is just across the street. Overall the hotel was acceptable but I’m marking them down on the rating due to the poor interaction with the hotel staff regarding the lost item that they continuously tried to convince us wasn’t lost on their property even though I could clearly see it was.

Great place for simple comfort and convenience

Extremely convient for walking to and from Disneyland, and they have rooms large enough for large families.

Unfortunately, there a few things that I didn't like about my stay. The rooms mattresses were not comfortable at all. They felt cheap and flimsy. When I asked for extra pillows I was told it wasn't possible but I could have extra towels or blankets. When I asked a third person, 2 pillows showed up at my door. We stayed for 2 night and the beds were not made. We were told that they don't make the beds and I was surprised because I have stayed at 4 places since COVID and my bed has always been made. The shower mat in the bathtub had something green, large and slimy on it. I don't dare to guess what it was. On the positive, the price was good and it was within walking distance to the park. Would I stay again? Probably not, based on my negative experience.

Beds comfortable and it was quiet. We were close to the pool, so very convenient. Had hot water when needed. Great location to the parks and Panera.

It was a perfect location for going to Disneyland. It was very clean and the staff was very nice! Will definitely stay here again!

From the parking valet who greeted us as we drove in, to the desk clerk who checked us in, they were very efficient and organized.

Pretty average no frills property. Things were clean and well cared for. They trick you with no parking fee listed except for valet available for an extra charge, it's a valet only option if you bring a car. They literally moved my car 4 parking spaces down from the spot they had us pull into when we got there.
