Four stars instead of five due to wear and tear in the room, kinda loud at night. Otherwise it was great! We had the family suite which was HUGE. Staff was always very friendly. Location is amazing. Close to entrance of Disney. Next to a McDonalds. Would stay there again (this was our second time there).

Our stay was great. My only issue is; house keeping brought us new towels while we were at Disneyland, but they didn’t bother taking the trash or making the beds. I’m not even sure they vacuumed or anything. Maybe I was supposed to ask for it I’m not sure. Overall a great place to stay

Great place and so convenient being across from Disneyland

Great property. Excellent location in respect to being a quick 8min walk to Disney. Helpful friendly staff. My only disappointment was the fact the 2 bedroom units are designed with 1 bathroom which meant all guests needed to enter the second bedroom to access and the sink, handbasin is actually located in the bedroom itself. Offering little to no privacy

Great location right across the street from Disneyland. No issues with parking, they offered Valet service. Convenient check-in and check-out. Was able to check-in early, for a fee. Definite re-book!

Great hotel for our family, right across from Disneyland. Take care of the valet, they will take care of you.

Good location. Housekeeping never came for 4 days. Their "store" was closed when it was supposed to be open

Location was what sold us, seems like they take fairly good care of property as was getting painting and all looked fresh when there, rooms were clean and had great set ups for families going to Disney

Large room, lots of space for our large family

Room was pretty clean, but not exceptionally clean. Linens and towels are replaced daily but no incidental cleaning provided. Basic hygiene product were provided. But no lotion. You have to ask for it. Staff were semi-friendly/helpful. Regardless, the accommodations were adequate for my family’s needs.

Renovated rooms with tons of counter and storage space. Great location.
