Convenient hotel for an overnight business meeting. Great dining options nearby. The hotel is safe and convenient for what i need.

I had an extremely unsettling experience at this hotel that left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. Upon check-in, we were provided with a key card that gave us access to the wrong floor, which led to us （two girls）accidentally entering a man's room while he was undressed. We had no intention of disturbing him, but the situation was truly distressing. To make matters worse, the front desk service was unprofessional and rude. The woman who checked us in barely acknowledged us, and when we asked for clarification about the key card, she threw it at us and asked, "Do you want to see the manager?" The manager's explanation was that the elevators had been opened for all floors due to someone checking out. However, when we tried to use the same key card on another floor (our actual room on the 5th floor), it didn't work. This clearly indicates that the elevator access was not truly open for all floors, and this contradiction raised more concerns about the hotel’s security. The entire experience, from the poor front desk service to the unsafe situation of entering the wrong room, left us feeling disrespected. As two girls, we were put in a position where we felt vulnerable and unsafe, which is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as no guest should ever have to experience something like this. Additionally, there was no shampoo in the room—only three wall-mounted dispensers, which contained conditioner, body wash, and body wash. :)
