Stayed on New Years Eve and New Years Day Eve. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Staff is the friendliest I encountered in a long time.

Super friendly staff, clean hot tub and pool kept at perfect temperatures, great Dove toiletries, and yummy breakfast! Special shout out to the lady at the front desk 12/23 as well as the gentleman navigating parking and driving the shuttle!

Advantage to places l needed to go

The shuttle service was awful. The worst one I have ever had. I just needed a place to rest and refresh with a quick power nap and shower during my late-night layover, but the shuttle didn’t show up for over an hour. To make matters worse, the driver was incredibly rude over the phone. I ended up skipping the hotel and just stayed at the airport. It was so frustrating!

Excellent. The only thing that would have been perfect is if breakfast included eggs.

Good priced hotel near airport

Issues with any shuttles involving “Jimmy” except one.

Every thing good except the front desk told me I WAS LUCKY BECAUSE I get the room I reserved with priority, so almost I don’t get the bedroom, and I asks him how that posible if I reserved , but anyways, good for a short, it’s nice to have shuttle service!!!!! And location can’t be better so close to the airport…

I flew to Florida, but stayed here at the start and end of my flight. The week I was gone, I paid to leave my car here. Sometime while I was gone, someone tried to break into my car. Thankfully they didn't get in, but they destroyed the driver side lock on my car. The facility itself, and the staff, are nice, but I won't be coming back here. I've done this before and it's been fine at other places. It's not really their fault, but still.... Don't recommended

the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately some rooms needed repairs. The first room we were given, the toilet tank did not refill. we moved to the second room, there was no hot water. The third room smelled kind of funny but we were too tired to move around by then so we took it. Will not stay here again.

The staff is wonderful. Room was clean.
