The room is quite small comparing to the price we paid. Housekeeping require to improve their services. They are not doing their job as they supposed to do it. The hotel facility is not acceptable as 4 stars hotel.

+ Location great + Room was clean and no bed bugs + Fridge in the room + Air condition + Nice and friendly staff - Breakfast was not good. It was served 7-10.30 but if you went at 9:45 there was no bread left or warm food. I had to ask for white bread and then I had two slices. There was no good cheese for bread either. No fresh vegetables except tomatoes. Coffee from machine and not good. Possibility to fry your egg by yourself. - there was a smell of mold in the room if you let the bathroom door open and window closed - no easy access after 1am when you must ring the doorbell to get inside - in the first two days the shower worked nomally but in the last morning there was not water properly

We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and welcome. The staff speak many languages and are so friendly. It made checking in so easy. The breakfasts were perfect and the location is ideal. Walking distance to the Métro, Île de la Cité, and the Sorbonne area. And you can enjoy a drink in the lounge in the evening too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Paris.

The all staff are really kind. It was big help for me that early check in and out were accepted, and they checked the route to my destination. Thank you!

This hotel is very quaint and perfectly located near great attractions and restaurants. 2 blocks away is a fantastic open air market with very fresh produce and gifts. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff very friendly!

Rent och med väldigt bra centralt läge. Men minimala rum med väldigt små badrum. Ok frukost. Ett helt ok hotell. Men kallar sig ett litet lyxhotell med bar. Och då blir ju förväntningarna därefter. Baren är att receptionisten kan hälla upp en öl etc, men att kalla det bar är en överdrift. Paris är en dyr hotellstad, men priset här per natt blir väldigt dyrt för vad man får för pengarna.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto e banheiro limpos porém com dimensões mínimas. Aliás, todos os ambientes são muito pequenos. Corredores para acesso aos quartos estreitíssimos. Cama queen muito confortável que ocupa quase metade da área do quarto e impede a abertura total da porta de entrada. Equipe nota 10, muito atenciosa e eficiente

Staff was very helpful. Clean, really appreciated the in-room refrigerator, coffee and tea service. Extremely convenient to major sites, the batobus, metro and train stations. We were able to take the train to and from airport directly without switching lines. Great restaurants and eats nearby.

Hotel bem localizado. Staff mto atenciosa. Quarto era bem pequeno mas muito bem decorado. Para melhorar: o chuveiro era fraco e para uma pessoa de 1,60m no máximo, alem de muito muito pequeno. limpeza do tapete da entrada e do elevador, são espaços de passagem e que reparamos. é importante para causar a primeira impressão, notei que estavam sempre sujos, embora o resto do hotel não.

100ユーロの保障制度の意味がよくわからなかった。最終的には税金だけ引かれたので、問題なかった。アメニティーでは液体石けんの匂いが良くなかった。バスタブの栓が壊れていたようで、閉まらず、湯船にお湯を溜めることが出来なかった。帰りの空港までのタクシーを予約でき、助かった。

Nice area and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, walkable distance to subway station, a lot of restaurants around. For sure will be back.
