The staff was not that helpful. Something needs to be altered in the lobby area design wise as it is all chunked up.

Some of the best restaurants in North America within a 10 minute walk

Loved this hotel! The people at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. They really made our stay. The room was spacious and clean and had a modern decor that mixed with the older stone exterior. We could walk to the Upper Town in less than 20 minutes. Was our first trip to Quebec City, and we’ll definitely be staying here next time.

Excellent service en tous points. Grande chambre confortable, 7 ieme etage, vue sur le fleuve…. Toutefois les chambres sont décorées en noir et gris. C’est tres sombre malgré toutes les lumières allumées. Difficile de lire.

Lovely boutique hotel in the Quartier Petit Champlain. Walkable to all neighborhoods in Old Quebec City. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our stay was excellent!

Très bon hôtel

The first 2 rooms we were offered had no heat. The staff worked well to find another room that was very acceptable. The continental breakfast was better than the staff mentioned. Very pleased.

L’hôtel est dû pour être rénové. Des chambres avec du tapis ce n’est pas des plus propres nom plus. Les personnes à la réception sont WoW WoW.
