Nice views

Location makes for easy transport and the water view is beautiful in the morning

The remote for the TV did not change the channels, the phone did not work.

We made reservations to move from Hurricane Milton's path. Upon talking to front desk, I insisted to know what Flood Zone they were in. They responded, Zone A - the worst for hurricane water surge. Expedia processed my refund for the 2 days originally scheduled. Not sure how a business in Zone A can be allowed to operate when Zone A was a manditory evacuation.

Horrible took my booking then cancelled after check in time. Not refunded. Told I have to get my money back from hotels.com

When we arrived, there was no room available for us. We decided we would sit by the pool and wait, but we were told the pool and restaurant was closed due to Hurricane Helene. That was a lie. There was no damage to this property. They were doing renovations and never told us. Elevators had tarps in them. Construction taking place on the first floor. The reason we stay here is because of the pool with the view. They should not be offering rooms while the building is under construction and if they do, let your guests know about it ahead of time.

It wasn’t bad for the price I got it for. It was nice having the river view from our room.

I was in town for business and chose this location due to view and on site restaurant. Did not disappoint! Staff were very friendly from check to check out. Restaurant had great food and fabulous staff! Will definitely stay here again. Extra special thank you to Bobby for his wonderful service.

It was perfect for me and my sister. Comfortable beds nice view. The included breakfast was good. The location was great.

Its a great place to stay. I felt safe. Facilities are just older. Comfortable. Would recommend

Great view from hotel. Just wished cleaning crew cleaned the rooms better since we saw spider webs and mosquitoes.

Property needs updating. Carpet in room feels dirty. Had socks or flip flops on at all times. Grout in bathroom needs to be cleaned. Great location and restaurant is good.
