Only complain I had was the service in the room. Left the sign for them to tidy up and they only showed up and cleaned our room 2 out of 4 times.

Very disorganized and short staffed none of staff knew what was going on or would help with anything

The hotel placed in our reservation notes for our 2 booked rooms to be by each other. I called the day before and the assigned rooms were right next door to each other. The day of check in they were on complete opposites of a very large hotel. Also, If you book, demand floor 1 to 6. Otherwise on either tower you have to take an additional elevator to get to your room. There is 1 elevator on each side so be prepared to wait.... and wait. It was very annoying. Those hotel is good, it's not curio level I'm used to in travel to be honest

WE walked right out the front door to get on the lift. Perfect! The staff was professional and friendly. And we loved the bar for Apres Ski and the restaurant Edwin for a delicious breakfast !
