Friendly staff

Always a great experience with this hotel group. Have stayed across the street at Congress Hall a number of times and this "motel" version was absolutely perfect for a winter weekend getaway. Would definitely return.

I am a frequent visitor to Cape May and I find myself always drawn to staying at the Star Inn. It’s a special place.

Our stay at The Star Inn far exceeded my expectations! My family usually stays at Congress Hall during the holidays, but decided to give The Star Inn a try this time. The location can’t be beat as it’s located directly across the street from Congress Hall and all the festivities on the lawn. We even had a lovely view of the carousel from our room’s front porch! The service was excellent! The inn keeper was so friendly and accommodating, it felt like we were being welcomed into a family member’s home! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated! My husband and I loved that we could get a delicious latte from The Star’s cafe each morning. We’re looking forward to our next stay at The Star Inn!

Very clean the room was smaller then expected

Our stay was beyond amazing. Out accommodations were clean and centrally located to everything. We were able to walk to everything and explore. Wonderful amenities and staff went out of their way. Will be back again!

Everything was fine.

My wife and I stayed at the Star Inn for 2 nights as we were getting married. I must've mentioned it to someone because we came back to the room on the 2nd night to a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a congratulations letter from the Star Inn. Was a very warming and unexpected surprise. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect and the suite we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

It’s mostly what you would come to expect from Cape Resorts. Access to the highlights of each hotel, beach plum farm toiletries, etc. We stayed in the main house, queen size room and it was fine. Great size closet (small room) and very good size bathroom. Decor was cute, great access to town highlights and a coffee shop in the lobby.

The Star Inn was perfect for our stay. Really lovely hotel very conveniently located. Cape May is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. Would definitely recommend a visit.
