Hot water took 15 minutes to get to the shower

We were a party with two rooms and the only ones at the hotel when we checked in. Later in the evening another couple checked in and were placed right next door. They had loud, foul-mouthed, threating arguments all the next morning - I almost called the police, the threats were that bad. WHY ON EARTH, THE THE ENTIRE PLACE EMPTY, WERE WE RIGHT NEXT TO THEM? The walls were WAY too thin.

Easy access off the freeway, close to down town Healdsburg plenty of wine tasting and food and antique stores within a 2minute drive also not a bad walk if it isn't raining.

Friendly easy check in, room appeared clean and well maintained, however it wasn't until morning we realized the toilet seat was cracked making it difficult to sit on, and based on the wear, it had been for a while. The sink was also cracked through, and the tub caulk was heavily failed which made things feel dirty and uncared for.

Hotel was very clean.

Checkin was very fast, staff very friendly, whole object looks very well kept up. The room is clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent with a short walk to restaurants and one minute drive to the freeway.

Walking distance to the town center

Like the location on outskirts of town. Tends to be on noisy with peoples comings and goings in the morning and at night.

Fairview Inn 2-day in advance cancellation policy caused us to lose $200 when event we were going to travel to Healdsburg for was canceled. Most roadside motels (and the Fairview Inn is a roadside motel, not a “resort”) allow cancellations a day ahead , not two. Not happy with motel policy.

Clean and convenient. Walls paper thin and we had noisy neighbors. 🙁

This is a surprisingly clean and comfortable place to stay. The plaza is an easy walk. We loved that they had no carpeting and curtains, it just made it feel even more clean and spacious. Would stay here again for sure.

This is the little motel that could. Staff was absolutely amazing and the room was so clean and pretty decent size. We were able to walk to downtown with no issues. Never heard any noises. I honestly Would stay here again.

Was able to check in early so that I could get ready for pictures at my cousin's wedding nearby

Arrived at 10:30 pm, door was locked rang the bell a few times no one came. Had to call the hotel talked with someone and then they came out. Didn’t open the door to the office had to check in thru the key hole. No one in the lobby at check out around 9 am.

Could use more parking spaces.

I was in town visiting family. Room was comfortable for the little time I was there. The room was located near town short walk to stores and food… bed was comfortable. Will stay again.
