Very good for the price staff super friendly and helpful a little bit small so maybe not for the largest people but for the average person amazing. Great location very central and great view of duomo from higher floors. I love hotel Romagna

La habitación es pequeña pero tiene los servicios básicos y el Hotel está en el Centro de Florencia, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y metro.

Soggiorno piacevole, personale disponibile. Peccato solo per la stanza al 5° piano senza ascensore ma con vista piacevole su San Lorenzo

2 things : 1. No elevator. We were on the 4th floor which is actually 5th coz they start with level 0. 2. The entry way is covered with an ATM machine which is hard to get in. Otherwise the price you pay is proportion to the room you get. We’re thankful though we were given a separate beds for 2 person.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great. Just be aware that there is no elevator. But the staff were eager to help carry luggage for us. If you have mobility issues then be aware you must use the stairs.

Centrally located in Florence 3 minutes from the Duomo Cathedral , the staff was warm and friendly including the owner, rooms are basic with no frills and thats was okay as I stayed just one night. There is no lift so avoid large or heavy bags.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und dass das Hotel so zentral war, war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles wirkte sauber. Schade, dass es kein Frühstücksangebot gab. Kein Lift, ein Nachteil für gehbehinderte Leute.

Close to everything in Florence but no elevator

The gentleman carried our bags to the 5th floor at the top of the hotel...very kind of him....very friendly staff.

I chose Hotel Romagna for low price and my short stay. There is a problem with the toilet. Flushing requires a long pumping of the button to create a flush. It is conveniently located near main train station. There is a good cafe for early morning coffee and pastry. The bathroom is extremely small. The staff was polite. There is no elevator and I was placed on the top (4Th) floor which was tiring. Thank you.

Clean, great location, helpful staff, but bathroom was tiny and not enough shelves to put toiletries on.

Good location but old buildings and little problem with shower.

Excellent location for exploring the main attractions of Florence. The room was basic and clean and comfortable enough for 3 nights. We were on the top floor, which was a workout going up as there is no elevator, however it was worth it as we got a cool view of some of the close by rooftops and architecture.

Buena atención del staff . Me gusto l ubicación, muy céntrico.No me gusto que no hay elevador.

Greit personale som snakket engelsk, ok informasjon. Baderomsvasken var på soverommet, interiøret var slitt, det var en radiator (og en stikkontakt) inne i dusjen og baderomsdøren var myglet og råtten. Mange forbedringspunkter, men det fungerte fint til en overnatting.
