大変良かったです

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rdv quand on choisi une chambre de glace … se doucher dans les communs avec de l’eau à peine chaude c’est limite le matin après une nuit à -5degres. Dommage car le lieu est magnifique mais l’organisation compliquée puisqu’on accède aux chambres vraiment qu’à 18:00 et le hall est vite rempli de monde en attendant… avec peu de prises pour recharger nos batteries pour s’occuper durant l’attente. Le duvet fourni + petit déjeuner sont top 👌

I enjoyed my stay and experience in icehotel. i admired the staff and how helpful they were, especially Pedro at the restaurant. Also, I loved the overall vibe. However, I would have appreciated if you mentioned before booking the rules and regulations of the cold room.

Too expensive. Not worth the price

This was a very fun once-in-a-lifetime experience I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Sleeping in the ice room was cozy inside the sleeping bag. The staff was kind, extremely helpful, and overall I would give this a 10/10 don't miss! Our Ice Menu dinner at the restaurant was incredible and in the top 3 meals we had in Sweden!

Room is quite so big. Very warm and clean.

I stort sett bra. Dock påtalades några brister i rummet som skulle åtgärdas. Tyvärr gjordes det inte under min vistelse.

Det var bättre än förväntat, rummet till min full belåtenhet.

Glad that every staff member we met are nice and helpful. Besides the spacious room we stayed, quite surprised about the ample space at the lobby in each room block.

Quite an experience . Had a good night to take pictures of Northern Lights. Ice Sculptures of all room are amazing. Each room has its own. Worth the trip

We had no idea that the ice bar would be under construction during our stay. The ice part of the hotel is only open until 6 which also was not told. This leaves very little to no activities to do after 6 in this town during this time of the year. Very sad

Bra och trevligt

I stayed during the summer time. Property looks very run down, unkept, an eye sore. The room I stayed in didn’t have a real mattress. The thermostat was locked and couldn’t be changed, and the room was cold. There was mold or mildew in the shower area. Besides the bathroom, the rest of the room was clean as you would expect. Dining at the ice hotel restaurant is very tasty, but very expensive. Hotel is in a remote area with not much else around. The 365 ice art rooms and hotel are very cool to see. Hotel guests get into the ice art rooms for free. Overall an average experience and stay. Maybe it would be nicer during winter. Then again, some of the rooms could use a huge makeover.
