Hotel is fine. The only complaint is that I booked a specific room for a specific amenity and I was not given a room with that amenity. A bit frustrating.

Breakfast was disappointing.

Property was clean people were nice, but Eugene in general was kind of dirty. Oregon University campus was awesome though.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and facilitate plenty of space for play when traveling with kids. We were surprised and happy with the breakfast too- they did great refilling favorites like bacon ☺️ the building has some evident wear which a greater investment in maintenance would fix. Similarly, there some light staining on some linens. Overall, nothing that would stop us from coming back.

This was a great property for the initial part of our journey. The breakfast and evening reception were awesome bonuses. The staff were very kind and very helpful

The beds were comfortable and it was a short walk to Matthew Knight arena. Will stay here again.

Need more lightings around the facility particularly the parking area

Rooms were decent size with comfortable beds. Included hot breakfast was fantastic. Cleanliness could be better. Trash in room from previous people, grout in bathroom totally disgusting.

This is a very friendly and clean establishment. The morning breakfast buffet is so so yeah there’s a market of choice within walking distance and it’s located close to a pancake house.

Convenient location, safe, clean

My fiancée’s credit card was charged once after I told the person at the front desk, who incidentally looked disheveled with his wrinkled shirt hanging out, that I was going to pay cash upon check out the next day! After I paid cash upon checking out his card was charged AGAIN! I called and left a voice mail with Melissa Cunningham to call me in the morning to straighten this mess out.
