Palazzo Ripetto is a beautiful hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping.

Great place, location and service!

Great hotel and location. Sophisticated service, silent rooms for a nights sleep and high standard throughout the venue incl drinks at the bar. Giving the minibar in the room some more thought and put a speaker in would make the stay even better. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful and the room was amazing. Stopped for drinks a few times in the Ripetta courtyard area, staff were polite, helpful and the drinks delicious. Staff at the desk were also very kind and helpful both from helping us arrange taxi and sorting room quickly when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

The hotel is stunning. Service is beyond exceptional. The only complaint is that they perfume the room to excess. We had to open the window to let the room air out, and then asked the staff to not spray air freshener when they cleaned the room. In the future I would ask in advance so the room would not be sprayed on the day we check in.

A wonderful family-owned luxury hotel; a rare breed these days. The hotel is smallish but offers great amenities and a truly supportive staff. This hotel makes you feel like it is your home away from home. Could not recommend it more highly!

AMAZING stay! Family of 5. Rooms were great size and be hotel rooms were immaculately clean. The service from bell hop, concierge, front desk was top tier .

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, Europe or otherwise, will be back next year!

If I could give 6 stars I would, exceeded our expectations, restaurant was great , roof tops bar was great, room was great, and they gave us parking . The staff were so professional and nice . We just felt like it was a home away from home.

Renovated property in supreme condition. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff and excellent room cleaning, luxury bedding with pillows menu. Overall great value for money.

Beautiful hotel with superbly friendly attentive staff.

I liked everything about this property. The service, the staff in general, and especially the absolute beauty of our room. We stayed in a junior suite in the newer section of the hotel, so it is only about two years old. The decorating, the fixtures and the furniture are all absolutely top grade.

Gorgeous luxury hotel in an ideal part of the city - it was quiet and not touristy yet was close to lots of the main sites. Hotel staff were all super nice and friendly. We had a junior suite that was two stories and had two full bathrooms. We barely used the upstairs but if you're traveling with a family, it would provide excellent space.
