I love the environment of this hotel - quiet and peaceful with nice view. And I love the whirlpool most! The team did put the effort to maintain the cleanliness of the whirlpool although it is at the balcony. On top of that, the room is sparkling clean as described. The staffs are friendly and helpful too! The only flaw for my stay was quite difficult to call grab as they do not dare to pick us up at the hotel, thus have to walk further down to another location to get the taxi. There are other taxi service near the hotel but the price is almost doubled the amount we saw on Grab. Other than the inconvenience of getting a taxi, all other things are perfectly fine and we did enjoy our stay here!
