We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Service was excellent, amazing. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again. I thanks a lot the staff over there to have make our stay a great relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful hotel, great location by the beach, wonderful breakfast

Beautiful property. Great food.

The positives....the hotel is in a good location, with a short walk to a lovely beach where the hotel has its own private area with chairs and shade parasols. The staff are very attentive, and the breakfast buffett has a good varied choice , and addtional cooked items are also avilable to order, some of which are included in the price , others are extra. Negatives ....a little unfair , as this is not unique to this hotel.....but something that is common in Sardina ......food and drinks are ridiculously expensive....a small beer being €11!!

From the moment we arrived to Baglioni Resort Sardinia, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the impeccable service provided by the staff. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set the tone for a memorable stay. The beach was serene and the breakfast was astounding. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality experience in Sardinia.

Café da manhã incrivel, atendimento tb, mas esperava mais do hotel… o restaurante do almoço é muito feio, caro e a comida não é boa. O Hotel é desanimado, o lugar tb. O mimo aos hóspedes é apenas um torrone. Conselho leve seu champanhe. Bebida extremamente cara.

Déception Majeure au Baglioni Resort en Sardaigne Accueil : Adéquat Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Baglioni à 15h et avons été accueillis par une foule de clients dans l’espace d’accueil. Aucun drink de bienvenue, seulement une bouteille d’eau, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie en zone de villégiature. Check-in : Désorganisation et Attente On nous a d’abord dit que notre chambre serait prête dans quelques minutes. Après un tour “guidé” de 30 minutes, on nous a informés que la chambre ne serait pas prête avant 40 minutes supplémentaires car elle venait seulement d’être nettoyée. On nous a promis un texto pour nous avertir et offert un ticket pour un drink, limité à de la liqueur ou un verre de vin maison. Pas vraiment digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Chambre : Propreté Déplorable et Valeur Inadéquate Après une attente de 1h45, nous avons enfin récupéré notre chambre sans avoir reçu le texto promis. Giancarlo, le manager des arrivées, semblait désorienté et peu professionnel. La chambre, bien que correcte, ne valait absolument pas les 1000 Euros par nuit. Pire encore, la toilette avait des traces d’excréments de l’ancien occupant, un détail inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Bar et Boissons : Bon Service mais Coût Élevé Les drinks au bar étaient excellents et le service satisfaisant, malgré les prix élevés (20 à 30 Euros par drink). Trop cher pour si peu

Superb. Everything was first class. Especially kids club and our child doesn’t usually like kids club. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

Simply amazing

O hotel tem a melhor localização da ilha, e possui uma completa infra-estrutura, para oferecer conforto aos hóspedes. O único ponto fraco é o elevadíssimo preço dos alimentos. Com isso, percebe-se que grande parte dos hóspedes toma o pequeno almoço no final do horário, consome sandes e pequenos drinks no almoço, e poucos vão ao restaurante para juntar. Resultado: o restaurante fica com toda a estrutura material e de empregados pronta, sem produzir receitas e lucros. A minha sugestão, para tornar a experiência perfeita, é a adoção do regime de meia pensão (só menos, como opção), e oferecer menude almoço, com entradas ou saladas, primeiro prato, segundo prato, sobremesa, água e uma bebida alcoólica (cerveja ou um copo de vinho), por um preço amigável, com €45 ou ate€50 por adulto, com reduções de preços para crianças, por fsuca etária. Só faltou isso para s experiencia ter sido fantástica. No mais, só tenho elogios; especialmente à toda equipa, sempre muito simpática e atenciosa.

Restaurant too expensive

Tolles Resort in einem sehr schönen Naturschutzgebiet. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich, der Strand war nicht so voll wie andere. Wer ein schönes Ambiete sucht mit Ruhe und Entspannung ist hier genau richtig.

Excellent hotel with one of the best beaches anywhere. Service and staff are second to none and highly recommend.
