When we checked into the room we had problem with the key (the door would not open), and we asked roomboy to open it using his key and still couldn't. After waiting for a while it was open. But it happened again and again (everytime we were about to enter our room). The receptionist said it was the lock that needed to be charged but still no good solution as we had to experience that awful room entering for 5 days. Another thing was the cups/dishes in the room were never cleaned, we should clean by ourselves (the roomboy just left them there unclean).
