Quiet and will be convenient only if you drive. Rooms size are consider quite big.

Ok in general but it seemed like the staff there are not the most seasoned. The check in was unpleasant for me and I realised that I was not the only one who felt that way because my sister in law who checked in a few hours before me had the same less than pleasant experience that was not what we had come to expect of a Marriott establishment.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is in a very nice wooed area. The staff was excellent. Very very friendly and helpful.

Overall acceptable but not best

When I arrived, I had lost my JR Rail Pass in Tokyo. The hotel clerks called Tokyo and was able to locate it. I don’t think I could have done it because of my poor Japanese language. This was a miracle and I truly appreciate their efforts and patience.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and modern. Road in is a little dark at night but that's to be expected in that area. Not much of a view but plenty of fresh clean air as it's surrounded by trees. Paperless checkout would have been nice. Japanese hotels love to print out a bill on A4

Tudo perfeito. Hotel não é perto do lago como sugere o nome, mas é o melhor hotel da região.

We stayed 3 nights there . In general the hotel is clean, spacious and nice with hot spa. Breakfast also good with wide variety. However there is only 1 restaurant which not much selection

ホテル内には、ショップがなかった。 フロントの近くで浴衣のお客様がうろうろしていた。

赤ちゃん連れでの宿泊でしたが、ベビーベッドなど色々と用意してくださり助かりました。

部屋はとてもゆったりしていて、清潔感があり快適でした。また、利用したい施設でした。

スタッフサービスが残念という口コミをみたが、スタッフの皆さんが親切で笑顔も多く全く問題はなかった。低層でこじんまりとしたホテルで、ゆったりとした滞在を楽しめた。ウェルカムドリンクは全客対象。部屋も広く、温泉つきプレミアルームを利用したが、泉質もよかった。売店もなく、外食は車が必要なので、レストランのメニュー&価格は事前に調べておいた方がよいかも。(マリオット価格)ひとつ残念だったのは換気設備のせいか24時間ゴーという音がしていた。(部屋の問題？)温泉の音は気にならなかったが、こちらはうるさかった。

施設は清潔で新しさもあり綺麗。 大浴場は少し古さを感じる。 ダイニングでのレセプションや接客が連携が取れておらず、サービスが行き届いていないように感じた。 また、多少の予約時間よりも早い到着で混んでいないのにレストランに入れてもらえないなど、臨機応変なサービスができていなかった印象。 また利用したいとは正直思わなかった。

受付カウンターの男性の対応は、周りが見えておらず最悪、朝食は美味しいがやはり授業員の質が悪い。 部屋のテレビの下にベトベトの液体が垂れていたので、コロナの時期に清掃が行き届いていない感じが良くない。

外観は写真以上に古い、中はリノベーションされて、綺麗だが、ほころびが見受けられる。ご飯もそんなに美味しくはない。スタッフも丁寧だが、手際が悪い。高級ホテルとは思えない。マリオットは今後泊まらない。
