The room was very clean. Everyone was very polite a lot of parking and very close to the hospital to visit a family member. I will definitely stay here again in the future. I give five stars. I was very happy with my stay.

Handy to Southport, free parking. Good choice of food. Coffee great from cafe.

Fabulous stay For our first time at Mantra sharks we will be back

The property seems quite new, good undercover parking, access to dining options, well equipped room. We were allocated an accessibility room, which didn't matter, but the booking protocol somehow rook us there.

Easy to access. Staff helpful. Very clean

Everyone couldn’t do enough to assist when called upon. If there’s any criticism, it’s that the $100 reserved off my debit card is still there 2 weeks later.

Disability appointed room didn't suit me at all. The room had an unpleasant smell. Perhaps air fresheners would help?

Well maintained and very well presented hotel with modern design and excellent rooms. Easy walking distance to the Gold Coast’s Health and Knowledge Precinct, Gold Coast University Hospital, Griffith University and surrounding areas. Southport Sharks located at the base of the hotel is also very convenient for excellent dining options.

Checking in took forever, 5 people in front of me, only two desks to check in, and one of them for VIP. Nearly 30 mins wait

Property and room were great. Room was spacious and nice. Everything was clean. Not a huge fan of the fact that the payment was taken prior to my arrival even after selecting pay on arrival when booking. Outside of that everything was great and would likely book again if I'm looking for accommodation in the area.
