Was a lovely stay for Xmas Eve

Great hotel, definitely would come back again. Area is quiet and there are a lot of shops around. Breakfast is standard continental. Clean and orderly, nice staff upon check in

Really friendly front desk associate, she welcomed me with compliments which was very nice. The building is clean, spacious, and vibrant. Highly recommend this place if you need a quiet getaway. There are major shopping areas just minutes away so that’s really convenient. Will be a returning customer!

Great place with pets

Do not like bathroom door. Sliding one would be easier over bath and closet. Personnel are wonderful. Breakfast was good.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. It has a very large front entrance area with a great area for breakfast or just hanging out.

This hotel is very new and clean. There is a guest laundry that takes quarters. The breakfast is well above average. Our room was quiet. The lobby is nice for hanging out or working. I wish they had hot coffee all day and hot chocolate or other options for kids.

I liked that it had all the things we had requested. It was close to the elevator, working fridge, bedside lamps, & alarm. Also liked that they offered a decent breakfast. Two things we didn't like was the door to the bathroom. It's installed at an angle & awkward to open. The shower had only one soap/shampoo holder. Overall, wife & I did enjoy our one-night stay.

Good hotel

Very easy check in & out

After arriving with my wife and three daughters, the feeling of the area was unsafe. The parking lot had trash throughout with few vehicles. At check in the automatic door did not open on its own so we had to separate the doors to get them started then they stayed open. The staff seemed under the influence and did not care that we were there. My wife went to check the room before we started to unpack and what she found was less than ideal… the TV and lights were on, used towels on the floor with the beds unmade. It was as if someone were staying in this room already. The decor screamed horror movie. We asked for a refund and left quickly. Upon assessing our bank account, we were charged for one night. We are currently waiting on a refund after speaking to the property manager and explaining our story. Save yourself this experience and choose another location.

Friendly staff, beautiful room. Clean and spacious. It was also affordable. Breakfast was great (and complementary!) We got toothpaste at the front upon request. Life saver!

Hotel was perfect location for shopping and a bonus the big foot Java in the parking lot. Breakfast was good

Out of necessity we stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. It was very spacious and had the best shower set up that I've seen so far!

Super close to restaurants and shopping.
