Langkawi Island Hopping

Hop on a longboat and sail along the Tasik Dayang Bunting, the largest lake in Langkawi. The freshwater lake is believed to resemble the shape of a pregnant lady lying on her back, hence the name that is translated to "Pregnant Maiden". According to the ancient legend, the lake possesses mystical power because a local princess has blessed its water. It is believed that its water can improve women's fertility.

During the tour, the long boat will drift slowly so you can watch wild eagles soaring overhead. If you're lucky, you can see White-bellied Sea Eagle and Brahminy Kite at a relatively close distance. Before the tour ends, you will stop at Beras Basah Island where you can relax and splash around in the white sandy, turquoise water beach.
