Location and view from room was excellent! It felt like a Pacific Island however this afternoon is no “resort”. Rooms only serviced on the 7th day so if you wanted a fresh towel you had to pay $10. There was no top up of soap or tea and coffee. The pool was great but there is no holiday resort atmosphere. It felt dead and neglected. Many rooms have permanent residents or are privately rented. No extra activities for kids or gym. Breakfast served on weekends from 8.00. Rooms are average quite roomy but looking tired. Bed was comfy. I thought the’resort’ in total felt a bit dead.

The toilet seat was not secure although it was fixed after 3 days, the bed had sagged in the middle as it probably had been used for too many romantic weekends and the floor was covered in dust

I was extremely disappointed in this property. The reception staff were very welcoming and the grounds and outlook were lovely but the room itself was abysmal. The door handle and lock to the room were old and rusty and we could hardly open the door. The bathroom needed a good clean, the toilet was stained and the tiles in the shower were grubby as was the screen door. The shower leaked water all over the floor and the toilet seat was loose. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The covered chairs to sit on in the main area were filthy so we had to sit on the bed to watch television. The bed itself was okay and the sheets and cover were clean. We had to wash our breakfast dishes- the sink provided was the same one as in the vanity in the bathroom. There was to be a $40.00 fine if we didn’t do this but no detergent or tea towel was provided! We also had to empty our bins. I guess a lot of people only rinse their dishes. Our stay was only one night so we didn’t ask to have another room. At approximately $170 a night we didn’t expect luxury accommodation but we did expect a clean bathroom! Very poor.

. outdoors is gorgeous - pools and lawns perfect. the cafe/restaurant isn’t open sundays or mondays which is a bit crap tbh

The sea view is stunning! Very relaxing. However the room was basic and needs updating and repairs.

View from the room was incredible, pool area was lovely. Restaurant food was very good, loved the Neptune Chicken 😋

Rooms are dated but the view makes up for it.

Beautuful location, Resort bar and restaurant were little out dated.as some of the rooms as there were a few of us staying. Food was great though. Seemed a little short staffed,

Room had a stunning view of the ocean, the room had good space but had an unpleasant smell, though was reasonably clean. Friendly staff with good service and very accommodating. Overall i really enjoyed my 2 nights stay and i would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views. Lovely and peaceful. Some chairs or sun loungers would be nice in grassed areas

Loved the location, ocean view room is worth it. Could use a playground or something like that for kids. Rooms are basic but good for the $

Beautiful area and beach. Seems like every room either has a view of the pool or ocean with the sunset. No wifi, no cleaner, and not perfectly clean so loses points. Otherwise everything you need, in a beautiful location.

Amazing staff, location and food!!! The room was a bit of a let down; The bathroom in particular wasnt very clean and very dated. The kids bunk was pretty worn and rough, Also the aircon/heater didnt turn on (LED just flashed). Would happily stay again but the bathroom in particular could use some more attention when being cleaned and I hope some renovations/updates are in the cards soon. Also special mention to the staff, They were amazing, Very friendly and helpful!
