Ci è piaciuto tutto, l'hotel si trova in una zona semicentrale, residenziale ma con servizi (ristoranti, caffè e supermarket) abbastanza vicino alla fermata della metrò (Pilmagrasse).
La hall dell'hotel è un pub molto caratteristico con biliardo.
La stanza era una minisuite molto confortevole con 1 letto king matrimoniale ed un divano letto di 1 piazza e mezzo.

I am rather uncertain how this was a 4 star hotel. The photos posted on Expedia's website do not look like the rooms at all. The hallways have peeling wall paper and torn carpeting. Our first room had a water leak making the bathroom flood. There are no closets. There is no where to put your bag, so be ready to open it on the floor. There is also no safety deposit box, mini-bar, nor fridge, all items I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und es war praktisch, dass man das Gepäck nach dem Check-out im Hotel lassen konnte.
Leider gab es einige Kritikpunkte:
• Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, aber der Bereich war viel zu klein, und man musste lange auf einen Platz warten.
• Eine Mitarbeiterin war total genervt und sagte vor den Gästen, wie sehr sie die Hotelgäste hasst
• Der Lift funktionierte nicht richtig.
• Wir bekamen ein älteres Zimmer, das leider auch nicht wirklich sauber war.
Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt gepasst, aber wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Leider war das Personal etwas überfordert und während der Wartezeit bis zum Check-in haben wir mehrere Beschwerden mitbekommen. Das Zimmer war nicht wie gebucht, sondern in einem nicht umgebauten Zustand. Konnte man nicht wechseln, da da Hotel komplett ausgebucht war.
In den Fluren hingen angerissene Tapeten und Dekogegenstände die einst an den Wänden hingen wurden teilweise abgerissen. Unser Fernseher ging plötzlich einfach nicht mehr- keinSignal- man wollte sich aber auch nicht darum kümmern. Fenster lassen zu wünschen übrig und die Balkontür kommt einem beim öffnen quasi entgegengeflogen.. es zieht sehr und der Geräuschpegel ist dadurch auch eher lauter (zum Flur hin sowieso). Anbindung von Bus und Bahn sind sehr gut und in der Umgebung gibt es einige nette Cafes und Restaurants.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Das war alles an Positivität, das ich berichten kann. Unser Mädlstrip (3 Girls) hatte somit schon mal einen schlechten Start: Das Zimmer für 3 Personen, das bereits 3 Wochen zuvor gebucht wurde, gab es nicht. Dies wurde uns beim Check-in gesagt. Es wurden uns 2 Zimmer gegeben, welche eher schlechte Ausstattung hatten. Bei einem Zimmer war die Badtür komplett kaputt und es fehlten Teile der Türe, welche rausgebrochen waren. Die Zimmer müffelten nach altem Teppich und die Durchschnittstemperatur im Zimmer war viel zu hoch, so dass man schweißgebadet immer wieder aufkam die Nacht. Alles in Allem eine SEHR AUSBAUFÄHIGE BZW AUSBAUBEDÜRFTIGE Unterkunft. Selbst für eine Nacht viel zu viel Drama. Ein Mitarbeiter hatte auch die 2. Karte des Zimmers verlegt, sodass wir, als wir uns aussperrten, durch einen netten Mitarbeiter und seinem Schraubenzieher nur wieder ins Zimmer kamen. Wir sollten einfach einen zwar schönen Kurztrip, welcher uns leider durch das Hotel nicht ermöglicht wurde. Die Unterkunft wird uns dementsprechend nicht wieder sehen.

Bett nur auf einer Seite Lichtschalter und Steckdose. Fensterseite hatte gar nichts, nicht einmal eine Buchablage. Kein Safe , Wasserkocher usw. auf dem Zimmer. Wird durch Bilder und Beschreibung des Hotel ganz anders kommuniziert Bettqualität und Frühstück war aber sehr gut

Ich bin im Max Brown abgestiegen da Expedia hier einen guten Preis angeboten hat. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral in Wien. Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Beim Einchecken müsste ich etwas warten - die Belegschaft war beim Mittagessen und hat mich gut 15 minuten ingnoriert. Das Zimmer war ein Einzelzimmer etwas eng aber alles da was man braucht und sauber.
Im Großen und ganzen war aber mein Aufenthalt gut.

Making allowances for the construction (which I was unaware of when I booked), the room was not as advertised and service was slow. Amenities like the gym and sauna were not available for use, I had to ask multiple times for extra hangers, room was very poorly lit and missing a desk lap. The hotel brands as a trendy hotel for music lovers was absolutely not delivered on. No record player or any kind of speakers, no music in the lobby, not even a QR code with playlists. Really disappointed by this place. It had a lot of promise and totally failed to deliver.

Room is not that nice. It looks like they are renovating. I forget which floor I was in but the hallway is creepy reminds me of The Shinning. Shower does not have a sliding door/door, no complimentary water in the room. Breakfast was great. I think the breakfast part was the only thing I liked about my stay here. I forget the frontdesk attendant's name but she was really friendly and awesome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather frustrating experience. While the accommodations were adequate, the service left much to be desired.
One of the elevators was out of service, and the other took an eternity to arrive. I found myself waiting over 15 minutes every time I needed to use it, which was incredibly inconvenient.
The situation was made worse by the reception staff member, either named Feras or Samem. Unfortunately, he was rude and impolite, showing a complete lack of hospitality. Instead of offering an apology for the elevator issues, he argued back and tried to justify the delays. This is not how one should interact with guests, especially those who have already been inconvenienced.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. A little courtesy and understanding can go a long way in the hospitality industry, and this hotel fell short in that regard.

Leider war in dem Zimmer mehr kaputt als das es funktionierte. Türgriff am Bad hatte man beim schließen in der Hand, Fernseher und Klimaanlage/Heizung haben nicht funktioniert. Man merkte das das Hotel gerade im Umbruch von Pentahotel auf Max Brown ist.
