Hotellet är ett litet B&B med bara ett fåtal rum vilket ger en personlig upplevelse. Värdinnan är så välkomnande att man redan vid incheckning känner sig som hemma. Vi anlände tidigt, flera timmar innan incheckning, vilket naturligtvis innebar att rummet inte var städat. Det hindrade inte vår värdinna att ge oss möjlighet att få nycklar och att lämna bagaget i rummet. Dessutom serverades vi kaffe och kakor.
Rummen är rena och bekväma.
Området är lugnt och det är nära till tunnelbanestationen. Det går även alldeles utmärkt att promenera till såväl Camden som Regents Park. Alldeles i närheten finns även flera bra ställen att äta och dricka. Puben The Washington rekommenderas. Fin service, god mat och stort utbud av öl.

My daughter had a long layover in London and was excited to get in around 6, check in and walk around the city but instead had a three hour flight delay and major problems with her phone. Even though she didn’t get there til almost 11, by some miracle she was able to get checked in, safe and sound.

It was a lovely guest house. Everyone was friendly
It was a nice location for exploring London and within walking distance of the Roundhouse which was perfect for my needs. Would stay again

A lovely guest house situated about 10 minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station and 20 minute walk from the centre of Camden town.
Nice comfortable room, lovely full cooked breakfast in the morning with all the things I could want. A reasonably price in relation to other parts and hotels in London.
Will use again.

Loved the Primrose. Super quaint townhouse in a lovely neighborhood. Walkable to multiple tube stops and several different neighborhoods. Amazing to-order breakfasts! And the proprietor and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

A lovely property in a quiet area close to Belsize tube station bars and shops. Our host was great with good communication before and during our stay. The room was clean, cosy and the breakfasts were excellent. For those who are less mobile there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep. We would happily stay here again as it is a good base to travel in for Central London.

Great B&B. Clean and comfortable, in an area of London that is quiet and just outside of the buzz of the city centre... but with easy and quick access everywhere via the tube stations at walking distance nearby.
I'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely owners, fantastic breakfast. Couldn't get wifi on top floor and room next door was a tad chatty which you could hear but is to be expected in older buildings. Lovely safe area, easy walk from tube and owners were lovely and so helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Primrose Guest House very much because it gave me the feeling of being at home. Everything I needed (plenty of space in wardrobe to hang all my clothes, iron and ironing board, outdoor shoe container, luggage rack, full length mirror, shelves in bathroom cabinet, a choice of pillows, comfortable comforter, a garden view) was arranged compactly in my small room. Warm and cozy with the extra perk of having window open a few inches at the top to allow fresh air to circulate 24-7. If I am the Hampstead area of London again, I will definitely stay at Primrose Guest House where the owner took care of me splendidly. Belinda Atay

Had a fantastic 2-night stay at Lekha's B&B with my friend. We chose the accommodation due to its proximity to the Roundhouse where we were attending a concert. Primrose Guest House is in a lovely quiet area with a good choice of pubs and restaurants within a short walk. It's also not far from buzzing Camden, but is closer to Belsize Park for the tube. Lekha was a lovely host and we felt very welcome there. It was lovely and clean - the twin room was spacious (especially for London) with an ensuite bathroom and for the price we paid, was amazing value for money. The included breakfast was cooked to order - I had a vegan option including Linda McCartney sausages and oat milk. Definitely would recommend.
