Lovely place

The reception staff we're very friendly, and helpful. When i checked in Bahnu sorry the spelling told me about the places I was looking for and what to do. After the 2nd night Stephanie and I sat for a bit and discussed things I was looking for the next day. Stephanie was very kind and helpful! Now lets talk about Dimitri who helped me figure out about the heater and big step for the tub... When I arrived in the evening, Dimitri help me figure out how to get food for my dinner. Great customer service, nice and I appreciated his help. While I ate my dinner I watched him interact with other folks staying there and he was so professional and wonderful with everyone who walked through the door checking them in and answering questions. During my check out Dimitri helped mecwith my bag because i had my hands full.Thank You! It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Denise Salisbury

This was a really conveniently located hotel for getting in and out of central London. The staff were so accommodating for our group and everyone enjoyed their stay and said they would use it again.

An excellent value option with quick access to central London by tube. Excellent breakfast in the price. Staff friendly and attentive. A very well run small hotel in an attractive residential part of London.

The room tap sink was old. Breakfast finishes early even when cheexk out is 11am. So some guests will.miss out.

The hotel was located in a pleasant area, we arrived around 6.30pm and was able to easily park in the hotel parking at the back of the hotel. On arrival in reception, it looked clean, tidy and well presented. However there was no staff around at all. We rang the desk bell a couple of times and no one appeared. There was also no staff to be seen at the nearby bar despite people sitting in the area. Another family arrived shortly after to check in so I googled the hotel and called the number. The call was answered and a couple of minutes later someone came and checked us in. They were pleasant enough but perhaps slightly put out I had called to say we were waiting. Our room was on the top floor (4th) over looking the street. Clean, tidy and pleasant enough. The bed was a standard double so significantly smaller than our super king at home. The windows were wide open with no safety bars so if I wanted to jump out the 4th floor window I could’ve easily !!! The room had no air con and was quite hot so we had to keep the windows open which of course meant we heard constant traffic noise throughout the night. Overall it was ideally located for our purpose in a seemly nice well kept neighborhood. Clean and tidy and free parking. So yes I would stay again for the location behind our visit.

Everything was perfect, but sometimes the front desk was absent which, even in a safe area, is not ideal if there is no-one to control who comes in. But great breakfast and breakfast staff, and great, large, comfortable room

Needed something practical and did exactly the job. Perfect! The LithuaniN staff at breakfast do an excellent job! I’d upstart there again if the need arose.

It needs air conditioning in the rooms, I will then give it 5 stars on everything,a fan does not do the job when the building fabric keeps the heat

The hotel has deteriorated considerably since my last visit. The room was so run down I asked to be moved and the next time was just as bad. Needs a real makeover and a last in the front desk could not have been less helpful if she tried. The exterior was clad in scaffold so perhaps it’s being painted but the rooms 102 and 395 both need a complete makeover. Only positive was the staff who prepare breakfast and do an outstanding job.
