Hotel Kyriad Rouen Centre

tout est très bien, le personnel sympathique et accueillant, l hôtel a été refait et c'est agréable, le seul petit inconvénient c'est la baignoire, la douche serait plus pratique pour les personnes âgées, mais nous reviendrons lors de notre passage à Rouen

Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf

Room is clean. Hotel is surrounded by busy roads but inside is not too noisy. Parking garage with fee in separate building is narrow but works. Walking distance to old town.

Well positioned. Busy road outside but 5-10 min walk from the old city.

The staff were the best part of this facility. They were all very nice, charming, and accommodating. It's a quick cab ride from the train station. It's only a 15-min walk from the hotel to the historical center. The hotel staff called a cab when returning to the train station, which was very smooth and stress-free. We would stay there again.

Stayed one night in June 2024 on vacation. Nice location by the river (Seine), albeit not exactly by the water. Could still see the river from the room window. At a busy street but traffic did not bother us (2nd floor). Public transit options near the hotel. Very nice, tidy, and modern room. Fairly small room but was not a problem on a one night stay. Hotel was apparently going through a renovation: still some work going on (in June) but did not distrub us (no noise etc.) Parking at additional cost in the access-controlled garage (pretty tight corners as there often are in parking garages in France). Good value for money. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

Ideally situated for easy walking into the old town. Good, secure parking. Nice selection of options for breakfast. Front desk staff warm and welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here again.

Kamer en locatie zijn perfect. Ontbijt is genoeg, maar wat ze als diner aanbieden is ver onder de maat. Er was alleen ravioli en de rest wat op de kaart stond was er gewoon niet! Past niet bij dit hotel wat verder goed is.

Hotelli oli kaikin puolin ok, maksullinen parkkipaikka löytyi talosta. Lämmintä vettä ei tullut enää illalla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, palvelua hyvää.

Very well placed for an overnight (with parking) but still walkable into the city centre.

Unfortunately the Hotel was not in good shape. The patio outside the hotel seemed like unfinished and swith some small plastic plants on the gardem tables. The hotel itself is comfortable and good equipped and very close to the OLD TOWN by walking.

The hotel is clean and functional which is as much as 1 can expect for the price. The room was very small and the breakfast very average. The staff very helpful. If you want more comfort you have to pay more

Vi (2 voksne og 2 teenagere) havde 3 overnatninger i et 4 personers værelse med dobbeltseng og en køjeseng. Vi havde lejet værelset igennem Hotels.com med dobbeltseng og 2 enkeltsenge, men vi fandt ud ved ankomst til hotellet at der i bookingen stod med småt, at det kunne ikke garanteres, hvilket var særdeles utilfredstillende. Hotellet var under ombygning og der var en smule håndværkerstøj, men ikke noget alvorligt. Værelset var ikke særlig rent og selv linned var beskidt. Værelset var ualmindelig lille til 4 personer og særligt placering af toilettet var slemt og tæt på ubrugligt. Toiletskål var monteret alt for lavt og der var ingen plads til benene. Værelset havde igennem et meget lille vindue udsigt til et baggård og her et meget beskidt tag. Vinduet kunne ikke låses og stå på klem i åben tilstand, hvilket var nødvendigt, da den mekaniske ventilation i værelset var meget dårlig. Morgenmad den første morgen var en katastrofe, hvor alle borde flød med brugt service og det meste mad var spist uden opfyldning, men det blev bedre de sidste dage da vi spiste meget tidligt før andre gæster. Personalet med super søde og hjælpsomme og snakkede endda engelsk. Man kan tilkøbe parkering i hotellets parkeringshus og hotellet ligger perfekt i centrum med gåafstand til den utrolig smukke by. Alt i alt en halvdårlig oplevelse i det værelse vi havde lejet, men jeg er sikker på at der er andre gode værelse med væsentlig bedre komfort. Hotellet kan anbefales, men ikke familieværelset.

Hôtel rénové. Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle, avec décoration au goût du jour.
