Tout était parfait, un bémol pour le petit déjeuner, qui finalement s'est bien passé.

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, je défie chaque critique que jai lu sur cet etablissement de voyager ailleurs avec un service equivalent pour ce prix!!! Le pdj n'a pas le titre de continental pour un seul ingrédient ; l'œuf ! Car pour le reste tout y est!!!!
Nous avons tres bien dormi seul un petit frigo bar pourrait parfaire le séjour ;)

Habitacion con una ducha que no funcionaba. Tampoco la.cisterna del baño funcionaba correctamente. Cenamos en el hotel y fue pesima la experiencia. Comida bastante mediocre y cara.

Generally 3 stars not because it was bad, it was a clean and cheap motel .. and amongst those this one was average. If you're on a budget and just passing through then this is absolutely fine.
Our very limited contact with members of staff were very polite and, thankfully for us, their English was excellent and way better than our French.

Impossible de prendre une douche sans ce brûler un coup l eau est froide 10 seconde après l eau est brullante, toilette qui ne fonctionne pas. Très peu de choix au restaurant et la qualité des produits n est pas folle. Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Standing bien en dessous des autres campagniles ou je suis déjà passer.

Suite à un soucis de transmission d'informations entre la plateforme hotel.com et l'hôtel, j'ai du régler deux fois mon séjour. Je suis toujours en attente d'un remboursement ...
La réceptionniste n'a pas du tout été compréhensive vis-à-vis de la situation, en rigolant lorsque je lui ai demandé quand est-ce que j'allais être remboursé ... Comportement pas du tout convenable vis-à-vis de la clientèle ... très déçue, je n'y retournerai pas !

Hôtel plutôt vieillot, pas vraiment d'isolation. Accueil pas terrible du tout : face à un problème avec hôtel.com au lieu de nous dire qu'ils ne pouvaient pas appeler elle a attendu le dernier jour pour nous dire qu'au final il n'y a que le client qui peut contacter le site. Et en mode rien à faire quoi.
Petit déjeuner avec du choix mais pas vraiment de réapprovisionnement quand il n'y en a plus.

Aucune insonorisation, c'est un hôtel de passage pour ceux qui voyagent et pourtant impossible d'y dormir. Concernant le restaurant ( qui n'en n'est pas un), vous avez droit de choisir entre 3 entrées, 3 plats, 4 desserts d'une qualité très limite

Ett litet mysigt och trevligt stopp som görs nära motorvägen på väg ner mot Nerja.
Bra service, frukosten var väldigt bra.
Vi orkade inte äta på restaurangen efter en lång bilresa men det gör vi nästa gång.
Det är väldigt tyst, lugnt och skönt. 10+ för det.
Detta hotell rekommenderas varmt av oss.

Personne très disponible et attentionnée à l'accueil. Un parking gratuit et une chambre confortable qui correspond bien à la photo. J'ai apprécié le plateau de courtoisie avec un sachet de thé et un sachet d'infusion. Un petit déjeuner correct qu'il est plus avantageux de régler à la réservation. N'hésitez pas à réclamer une viennoiserie.
Pour y accéder c'est un peu compliqué de nuit car les panneaux sont peu visibles. C'est le chemin en face de la pépinière Arborama.
