Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. The service was friendly and efficient. Location excellent. We would stay here again.
A few items to note:
1. The gym is tiny. There is a treadmill, a bike (?) and one set of adjustable dumbbells. It is an uncomfortably small space for two people. If working out is important to you, don’t choose this hotel on that basis.
2. If you are going to ask the hotel to call you a taxi, find out how much it will cost. We ordered a taxi at the front desk on a Sunday morning and it cost 35 euro to go to the train station which is only a 5 minute drive. We were in a rush so maybe they ordered us the high end limo service.
Anyway, it was a good stay overall.

We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic.
The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions.
The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great!
We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival. The room was fabulous- clean, modern yet sophisticated and appropriate to the local surroundings. We were extremely happy with the accommodations, the bed and room were very comfortable.
On top of excellent staff and excellent accommodations, the location could not be beat. I am thrilled that we picked this for a vacation destination. Many thanks!

Für ein Superior Zimmer ist der Preis für 2 Nächte 977€!) einfach unverschämt. Der Kleiderschrank ließ sich nicht öffnen, weil davor direkt das Bett stand. Zum Auspacken hatte man da schon keine Lust mehr. Vom Nachbar Badezimmer hörte man jedes Spülgeräusch. Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon einmal dort, aber nun hat es wohl einen Besitzer Wechsel gegeben, man legt wohl mehr Wert auf schnellen Profit. Schade. Und die angemietete Garage war durch ein anderes Auto belegt. Der Frühstücksbereich ist eng wie in einer Kantine.
Zwar sind Personal und Lage super, aber wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

This location was perfect for visiting the Colmar Christmas market. It was also an easy walk to the train station with our luggage, maybe 15 minutes. Breakfast was good too.

De kamer was op zich heel prettig. Jammer dat matrassen niet fijn waren en dat de douche in het bad was met slechts een smal scherm tegen het spatten.

Central hotel, a minute from Little Venice. The staff at the reception are very friendly and kind. Spacious room, comfortable bed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is wonderful. The breakfast is good (although on Sunday there was a bit of a lack of control by the staff during rush hour). Reasonable price, a little expensive, but definitely worth the money

Fantastic place, I requested a room with no carpet and we got a fabulous room. Wonderful and professional serve, awesome breakfast, parking availability, three steps (almost) from Little Venice. We wanted to extend our stay for another day but it was fully booked. We will come back though.

Fantastic service - employees were incredibly helpful and prompt to answer any questions / provide items for the stay (ie requested body lotion for the room, was delivered 5 minutes later!). Room was cozy and comfortable - great location as well (less than 15 minute walk to train station)
